Pedro, Antonio, Calixto, and Sandra were are crew on this trip. They were so welcoming and took great care of us! They definitely took care of us with safety, fun, and more importantly drinks! Noah and team were fantastic. Noah was a great snorkel guide, pointing us in the direction of not only the underwater sculptures but the schools of fish. Service on the boat was great, offering snacks and drinks a plenty. I would highly recommend!

I booked a trip to Isla Mujeres with my husband and daughter through LOHENGRIN, and it was the worst choice I could have made. The guide OSCAR ruined the snorkeling activity; he scared so many of us that quite a few people didn't do it. When we were returning from Isla Mujeres to Cancun, he left our family and another couple stranded. We felt so bad that my daughter started crying; it was a true embarrassment. Over 500 euros just to swim at a beach. This particular person, OSCAR from Cancun Sailing, should receive a reprimand for such actions. Be careful because what could be a special day can turn into a nightmare.

An excellent option for a large family, we had an incredible time, and the crew of the Malube took great care of us. Jorge, Sandra, Ivan. We went snorkeling and then spent time at North Beach. They always kept us well hydrated and attentive at all times, taking care of each one of us. The captain was outstanding.

Pedro and his crew were absolutely incredible between the tour, service and professionalism; we felt comfortable from the moment we stepped on the boat and enjoyed every moment with the staff. There was even a moment where we were floating in North Beach and a staff member jumped in the water to top off a friend’s beer. Thank you to the entire Khaya team for making this such a special day experience.

Noah was the best host and the entire crew was outstanding! Very relaxing! No one was without a drink for too long. We saw a sea turtle almost immediately upon jumping in the water! Lunch was good.
