Auf dieser Tour mit privatem Transport besuchen wir die Nordküste Taiwans, darunter einen interessanten geologischen Park mit erstaunlichen Felsformationen, eine kleine Stadt mit einem Wasserfall, der „Klein-Niagara von Taiwan“ genannt wird, und Jiufen, eine malerische Stadt in den Bergen, die aussieht, als wäre sie dem Film „Chihiros Reise ins Zauberland“ von Meister Hayao Miyazaki entsprungen.

Am Morgen holen wir Sie in Ihrem Hotel ab und fahren in Richtung Nordküste Taiwans, um Yehliu zu besuchen, einen geologischen Park mit zahlreichen Felsformationen mit überraschenden Formen, die im Laufe der Jahrhunderte durch Meereserosion entstanden sind.
Nach unserem Besuch in Yehliu begeben wir uns in die Berge Nordtaiwans, um den Shifen-Wasserfall zu entdecken, der auch als „Klein-Niagara von Taiwan“ bezeichnet wird. Ein Naturwunder, das Ihnen den Atem rauben wird. Mit einer beeindruckenden Höhe von 20 Metern und einer majestätischen Breite von 40 Metern bietet dieser Wasserfall ein visuelles und akustisches Spektakel, das Sie in die Erhabenheit der Natur eintauchen lässt.
Zum Abschluss besuchen wir die Fotostadt Jiufen. Diese kleine Stadt liegt am Berghang und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Küste des Pazifischen Ozeans. An der Hauptstraße von Jiufen gibt es einen Markt, auf dem wir lokale Köstlichkeiten probieren können – wie Ananas-Cupcakes oder einen Hackbraten mit Reispaste – und die Werkstätten und Geschäfte der in Jiufen ansässigen Kunsthandwerker besuchen können. Die Stadt ist berühmt für die traditionellen Teehäuser, die in ihren verwinkelten Gassen versteckt sind, und für die roten Laternen, die ihre Straßen schmücken und Jiufen einen besonderen Charme verleihen. Aber wir werden nicht nur durch die Gassen, Geschäfte und spektakulären Aussichten schlendern und sie bewundern, sondern auch die Möglichkeit haben, in einem der berühmten Teehäuser mit privilegiertem Blick auf die Küste und die Berge, die dieses verträumte Dorf umgeben, zu Mittag zu essen.

Andy was very communicative with arrival time and knowledgeable about the sites visited. The car was comfortable and impeccably clean and well appointed. We had plenty of time to linger in places that were interesting and he even ended up sending us a car to take us to the airport the next day.
We had a great day exploring the North Coast of Taiwan. Andy is a fantastic guide with a wealth of knowledge about the area and its history. The day was well-paced and we have a load of photos to commemorate our visit.
It’s a curated private tour experience with the convenience seeing sights at your own pace. Cristian was a very warm, hospitable, conscientious, and knowledgeable driver/tour guide. This is a perfect itinerary for a day tour, and I would definitely recommend it.
The Geopark, Jiufen and Shifen can be very crowded. Learning more from Samuel, our guide, about the sites were very informative and interesting. Samuel's knowledge of where to traverse made it more efficient. Would love to do another tour with him the next time we visit Taipei.
Wilson was fantastic! He picked us up at our Hotel and the vehicle was a Mercedes Van that was very comfortable for the day trip. He was very knowledgable about the locations and handled everything and kept us to perfect schedule. He also took fantastic pictures and compiled a great video for us at the end of the trip. I would highly recommend this trip if you are looking for great day trip. 5 stars for sure!

Our family had a perfect private tour with Samuel. He picked us up just as planned and made sure we had a great day. Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen are all popular tourist destinations and Samuel was well informed and navigated everything so we could just relax and enjoy what we were seeing. He was happy to adjust the plan a bit for us and we also got some really great pictures! Don’t hesitate to book this, and I think extra cost of a private tour is well worth it for these sites.

Got us to the right places at the right times and no hanging around for others. Just for parking in the right places and the restaurant booking it was worth the extra of a private tour. Geo Park, waterfall and Jiufen (sp?) all good and all different. Train St was a nice additional stop.
