Das ist ein gut verbrachter Vormittag oder Nachmittag – mit mir, Virginia, Mamma Nadia und möglicherweise zwei sehr neugierigen Katzen. - Ein echtes Familienhaus, keine Kochschule – Sie kochen in unserer Küche, essen an unserem Tisch und verbringen den Nachmittag mit uns wie ein Gast, nicht wie ein Tourist. - Calestano, ein mittelalterliches Dorf in den Hügeln von Parma – keine Stadtküche, sondern eine Panoramaterrasse mit Blick auf die Landschaft, die die meisten Besucher nie zu Gesicht bekommen. - Zutaten aus unserem eigenen Garten – saisonal, biologisch und am selben Morgen geerntet - Lokaler schwarzer Trüffel, optional erhältlich – direkt hier in diesen Hügeln geerntet - Maximal 8 Gäste – bewusst intim gestaltet, nie überfüllt Privater Transfer ab Parma verfügbar – kein Auto nötig, kein Stress

BEWARE! My Fiancee and I were planning to attend this class but about 20 hours before the class (the class has a 24hr cancelation policy) the host notified us that she would not be able to do the class. She told us that she would refund us for the class but a month later she has not refunded us and is now claiming she did not cancel and that we attended the class! Thankfully we paid on credit card and we saved her messages canceling the class. She is trying to scam people!

Parma is an amazing food city, and Virginia is an amazing teacher. In a clear, supportive and fun fashion, she taught us the tricks for making great pasta and ravioli — which we then enjoyed for lunch. Wonderful experience.
Everything excellent, I highly recommend it
I highly recommend traveling out in the country to experience this cooking class. Beautiful ride through the countryside. Virginia and Nadia are wonderful hosts. Virginia speaks English and was very gracious! We made ravioli and tagliatelle. They treated us to a wonderful appetizer of fresh prosciutto and Parmesan cheese with homemade bread. Sangiovese was superb! Then we ate our ravioli and tagliatelle and finished with a wonderful tiramisu ice cream dessert. I highly recommend!

Exquisite experience, I went with my boyfriend but I would like to return with my friends. We had a lot of fun and finally learned how to make tortelli the way our grandmothers used to make them. Virginia is nice and super knowledgeable. I hope to return soon for other courses like the one on Japanese ravioli.

We had a fantastic welcome from Virginia and Nadia...two wonderful people, who let us try a beautiful pasta experience, a fun, curious and simple way to have fun in company and taste excellent local products.
