Bis zu sechs Gäste gleichzeitig können an dieser einzigartigen Veranstaltung teilnehmen. • Genießen Sie eine Verkostung von mehreren Sorten Doburoku, die jeweils mit unterschiedlichen Methoden gebraut und in sorgfältig ausgewählten Sakeware serviert werden. • Die hausgemachten Gerichte der Inhaberin werden während der Verkostung zu den Getränken serviert. • Souvenirs von Doburoku und Sake Tassen sind enthalten. • Die Erfahrung findet im Dejima in Nagasaki statt, einem Ort, der zum Symbol des kulturellen Austauschs geworden ist. • Bequemer Zugang zur Brauerei, da sie sich in einem Stadtgebiet befindet. • Diese Aktivität wird nicht von einem Fortgeschrittener durchgeführt, sondern das Personal passt die Gastfreundschaft auf Englisch an.

wonderfully personalized visit. The only advice I have: make sure all participants enjoy and drink Sake, otherwise it is a bit of a waste of time of the hosts since they really only cater to small crowds. We learned a lot about making sake, local goodies and had a great time. Our host was wonderful: friendly, charming, and super knowledgable.
This is my first time drinking doboroki sake and it definitely won't be my last. The host has good conversational english. Will buy more from this brewery if I ever return to Nagasaki.
This was a spectacular experience. I went there with my (grown up) kids and even though both of them don't drink*, they enjoyed the explanations and just the atmosphere a lot as well. The tasting was incredible and our host (the wife of the owner-couple) was just super friendly, provided extremely insightful information on the sakes we (well: I...) tasted and seemed unfazed that we ended up being the only clients (with only one sake fan) there for that particular tasting. I can only recommend this! (*) my only advice: make sure every participant enjoys sake - it seems a waste of seats to bring people who don't drink alcohol...
We both loved this sake tasting experience. Delightful host/owner (with her husband/brewer) Sakiho, served a variety of great sake and tasty treats. These were presented in lovely antique serving bowls and plates in a small serene setting. Throughly enjoyed and highly recommended!
