Wir teilen Ihnen mit, wie Sie die mexikanische Gastronomie (die klassischsten mexikanischen Rezepte, Methoden und Küchenwerkzeuge) beherrschen können, auch wenn Sie kein professioneller Koch sind. Erleben Sie den lokalen Markt mit Ihrem Küchenchef und holen Sie sich frische Zutaten, während Sie durch die verschiedenen Essensbereiche mit Kräutern, Gemüse, Fleisch und Meeresfrüchten gehen. Hier finden Sie Piñata-Läden, Tortillas-Fabrik (von Maismehl bis zur Zubereitung von Tischen), Töpferwaren, Kleidung und einige Andenken. Während unseres mexikanischen Kochkurses und des lokalen Marktes in Cancun verwenden Sie traditionelle Küchenwerkzeuge wie Molcajete (Steinmörtel), Comal (flache Grillplatte) und Tontöpfe. G, Jorge and Angel were amazing! This was a lot of fun for us! The food was great & we learned a lot. The market trip was a great, it was cool to see the fresh foods. They were very accommodating and the cooking process and restaurant was so clean. Definitely recommend doing!

I was very excited for this excursion, unfortunately I was never picked up. I tried contacting the tour company by call and text with no luck. I waiting in the lobby for an hour before giving up.
Sasha was over and above AMAZING!!! Here I thought I knew something about cooking he made everything over the top fantastic. What a great experience would definitely do again and will tell everyone to do this tour and cross your fingers you’ll get Sasha as your guide.
Great experience, highly recommend to go. Chef was very nice, talked about the produce and ways to select ripest ones. Went through some history of the food in the area. Making your own food was fun, highly recommend to anyone thinking about culinary interests.
