Wir ermutigen Sie, den Wawel zu besichtigen und eine geführte Reise zu einem der wichtigsten Hügel Polens zu unternehmen – dem Wawel Königshügel. Hier herrschten polnische Könige und Königinnen über Polen und die Geheimnisse ihres Lebens konnten genügen, um Thema mehrerer Touren zu sein. Wir werden das wichtigste dieser Geheimnisse teilen und Ihnen die wichtigsten Orte innerhalb des Wawel Hills zeigen und Ihnen schließlich den Wawel Dragon überlassen, der Ihnen im Voraus sagt, wie Sie ihn besiegen können. Wir sehen uns in Wawel! Die Tour wird gleichzeitig auf Polnisch und Englisch durchgeführt.

Wir beginnen die Tour in der Straße Kanonicza 11, der ältesten Straße in Krakau, wo viele Mietshäuser aus der Renaissance und dem Barock mit dekorativen Portalen erhalten geblieben sind.
Wir gehen langsam zum nahe gelegenen Wawel-Hügel, auf dem die polnische Perle der Architektur errichtet wurde. Sie erfahren, wer das Schloss gebaut hat und woher die Gelder für den Bau kamen. Wir gehen bergauf, passieren das Waffentor, halten am Denkmal von Tadeusz Kościuszko (einem der bedeutendsten polnischen Helden) und später – passieren den Eingang zum zentralen Platz des Wawel-Hügels. Sie werden den Wawel-Hügel bewundern, der aufgrund der Herrschaft verschiedener Könige im Laufe der Jahrhunderte eine Mischung aus architektonischen Stilen ist. Unser Führer bringt Ihnen die vollständige Geschichte des Wawel-Hügels, interessante Fakten über die Menschen, die das Schloss regierten, Intrigen und lustige Situationen, die zu der Tragödie führen könnten. Es wird auch den Wawel-Drachen und die damit verbundene Legende geben, die jedem Polen bekannt ist.

Sie können Ihre geführte Tour mitten auf dem Wawel-Hügel beenden, aber wir empfehlen, über das Schloss hinaus zur Statue des Wawel-Drachen zu gehen und seine feurige Unterhaltung zu erleben.

So I state that we did not have a Physical Guide but the Audio Guide which to be honest was quite boring, talked a lot and sometimes useless things and was very repetitive, sometimes certainly also said facts and things interested but it was all mostly boring. And I want to say DO NOT TAKE THE TICKET TO THE DRANGON’S DEN (aka the famous Wawel dragon cave) it’s literally 10 minutes of spiral stairs to go down and you go through a “cave” where you just take a shower because the condensation makes the ceiling drip and you just finally get out of the castle, it’s more stair time than anything else. I wouldn't do it again overall

I was not impressed I made this booking for the the 10:00 I am English speaking to a vital change it to 1:00 p.m. English Polish tour we left after 2 minutes cuz all she did was speak Polish seeking a refund

Amazing tour fantastic guide called Ewa - very knowledgeable about history of the place. We really appreciate the fact how she managed to tell us all the interesting facts in both Polish and English languages as we are international couple and my partner was the only English participant. We cannot praise this tour enough, our guide (which unfortunately i forgot the name but what i know is he's hungarian) was super awesome! The guide was very nice, friendly and knoweledgeable. The only problem is that we were the only 2 English people to book the tour so we had to join a Polish tour. The guide had to translate everything into English for us. Her English was excellent but it slowed the tour for everyone
