Great tour and beautiful water! everybody was very friendly, provided great service and made sure you always have something to drink!
We bought the basic package, read the small print so we knew we had to pay an additional $50 p/p at port, however just like the other reviews we we're offered a platinum upgrade which was totally worth it! We went on a VIP type of catamaran with like 15 people, very attentive staff, drinks kept coming, weather was perfect, we enjoyed the snorkeling, and food was very good, mexican cuisine.
I closed my trip with q PartiuCancun, and my tours closed with Vinicius, who was an excellent professional, attentive, removed all my doubts from Brazil to the time of the tour. The company honored with all commitment. Indicator of closed eyes
It was a fun experience having with Team Ezekiel, Team Isah on photos and rest of the crew of Aviator 4! Such an amazing time and all crew were so helpful and attentive! They guided us with the island muneres tour upon arrival and then open buffet for lunch and island shopping at North Playa. With kids with us on this trip, some were a little bit dizzy on the ride but had a good resting shaded area at the back of the boat, nonetheless upon arrival to the island, they all enjoyed the golf cart tour around Isla Mujeres and the swim at the beach after, would like to stay more at the beach front by the buffet rather than heading to the other area for shopping as the kids prefer to swim more, but over all a good experience.
A very fun da hay Isla Mujeres, we tok the tour yesterday the weather was perfect and the crew jimmy and Luis made our day so much fun and the food was delicious Thanks to everyone!
One of the best tours to Isla mujeres, we had been looking for a good option and I have to admit this is not the cheapest but is worth it for what you have, the food is delicious and the alcohol is good, the crew is very friendly and the servir is very authentic, special from Gerardo Daniel and Samuel they made our day so special Thanks guys!
The whole experience was honestly really great. We booked it through Expedia and just paid the dock fee there. The tour started at 1 pm, which felt like the perfect time because we could have breakfast and get ready without rushing. Once we got going, we sailed from Cancun to Isla Mujeres and enjoyed the open bar on the way. The drinks were okay, nothing amazing, but good enough to enjoy the ride and the vibe. We also stopped at a reef to snorkel for about 30 minutes, which actually felt like the right amount of time to have fun without getting tired. We really loved the beach club and the food, that was definitely one of the highlights. After that, we rented a golf cart and spent the afternoon driving around the island, which ended up being one of our favorite parts of the day. Overall it was an excellent day during our vacation. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something fun and relaxing, not too crazy, just a really nice experience.
This experience was our favorite during our vacations, the whole experience was great, the food and the drinks were so good, we had a great time snorkeling and the crew was so friendly
We booked this excursion through TripAdvisor expecting an affordable, enjoyable experience based on the description provided. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and did not match what was advertised. The listing stated a maximum of 40 guests, which was a key factor in our decision to book. However, once we boarded the catamaran, there were well over 100 people on board. The boat was severely overcrowded, making the experience uncomfortable from the start. The snorkeling portion was poorly organized. All guests were put into the water at the same time, along with multiple other excursion groups from different companies. We were given approximately 10 minutes in the water, and due to the crowding, there was little to no marine life visible. The experience felt rushed and chaotic rather than enjoyable. Additionally, the sunscreen policy was unclear and inconsistent. It was not clearly disclosed during booking that only reef-safe sunscreen would be allowed. This was not mentioned until we arrived at check-in. While staff initially approved non-aerosol sunscreen, once on the boat, the crew did not allow guests to use their own sunscreen and required them to purchase sunscreen sold onboard. This felt misleading and unnecessary. We were also told we would be visiting the north side of Isla Mujeres, which was shown on the provided map. Instead, we were dropped off on the south end of the island, in an isolated hotel area with limited options outside of a buffet. Golf cart rentals offered through the excursion were significantly overpriced. We were quoted 1,500 pesos (approximately $85 USD), and the carts were not available until 1:00 PM, despite the return departure being at 2:30 PM — allowing for roughly one hour of use. Local rentals on the island charge approximately 300–500 pesos, making this markup excessive. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this excursion was misrepresented in multiple ways, from crowd size to itinerary and pricing. I am sharing this to help other travelers make an informed decision.
If I would have known I had to be an olympic swimmer to do the snorkel I would have never gone on this tour. There are no warnings about how tough it is and I think of myself as an average swimmer but that really wasn't good enough. I also was never given a pickup time I had to call the same day when they opened at 7:30am to be told they would be here by 8:15 am. Isla Mujeres on the other hand was beautiful but I wish I would have saved time and money by getting on the ferry & just spending the day on the island. The tour was too short due to the snorkel and the awful buffet lunch stop. not good. The our guide told us better to taxi but it was so much fun to rent a golf cart. Obviously they must get kickbacks for advertising & recommending but when your new to doing these things you want to trust the guide is being honest. But really you have to be aware of everyone. Then the pick ups & drop offs take too long. Spent so much time on the road for nothing. I will plan better next time & just ferry there to leave when i want.
