Ihr Fahrer wartet außerhalb des Terminals im Abholbereich für Bodentransporte mit einem Schild mit einem orangefarbenen Cancun Travel Experience-Logo. Bitte legen Sie bei der Abholung Ihre Bestätigung oder Ihren Lichtbildausweis vor. Ihr Transportmittel steht genau 30 Minuten nach Ihrer Fluglandezeit bereit und kann bis zu 60 Minuten nach Ihrer Fluglandezeit warten. Good experience for 1st part of vacation. They were on time, just an overall great experience.
Great. ON time and bery friendly
It took at little bit of work to get hold of the operator but they did come through and it was a pleasant experience.
On time, holding a a sign when we arrived. Courteous, placed luggage in the van. Got us to our destination within a timely manner. Will use again in the future.
Great service. The drivers were very helpful and courteous. They were also very punctual and on time. The price was amazing compared to other transportation services. 10/10 i would do it again.
Driver never showed It cost me 260 dollars additional for taxis

Worst experience ever! Do not recommend them at all. This “business “ is not reliable, they simply didn’t show up and didn’t give a single f*ck! They claimed a delay due to traffic, 2 hours later they simply cancelled the service and left me stranded. They had my trip information way in advance and could not notify me that there was an issue going on. There was no traffic at all. I am yet to see if they refund me the pre-paid service.

Drive to the hotel was safe and well. The drive to the airport was horrible. The shuttle hit the another car.

After carefully reviewing our records, GPS logs, and the driver's report for your service, we found no record of any collision or contact with another vehicle during your transfer. While there may have been a traffic situation or sudden maneuver that caused concern, our records do not indicate that the vehicle hit another car at any point during the journey. It was alleviating to have the driver arrive on a timely manner. Our driver was helpful and the drive to the airport was pleasant.
Didn’t show up Waited 30 minutes for the pick up Called and messaged no reply, had to get another company to take us. Don’t use them
