Treffen Sie sich mit unserem Fortgeschrittener und beginnen Sie Ihre köstliche kretische Streetbfood-Erkundung. 1. Durch den Markt probieren wir Kuchen und Gebäck aus der ältesten Bäckerei der Stadt als Ganzes bewundern wir den römischen Brunnen neben dem Sultansfrauendenkmal. Bei einem Spaziergang durch diese Straße mit Aromen von frisch gebackenen und gepökelten Kaffeenüssen und Gewürzen nehmen wir einen Happen auf Heraklions ältestem Tapas-Shop und probieren mit etwas Ouzo die köstlichen Mezws-Tapas kleine Gerichte voller Geschmack Variety heißt es.
Griechischer Kaffee, langsam nach alter Tradition zubereitet. Alle Geheimnisse des griechischen Kaffees in Kombination mit kretischem Gebäck und Yami-Pies.
Spazieren Sie zwischen dem offenen Markt und den lebhaften Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen der venezianischen Stadt Heraklion. Bewundern Sie die venezianische und osmanische Architektur sowie die kretische Kultur.
Die Nostra europa vergab den Bau des Adelstreffpunkts seit dem 14. Jahrhundert. Nach den Tapas besuchen wir den köstlichen Bougatsa-Laden der Stadt - benannt nach Vyzantion-gewickelt und gefüllt (Creme-Cheese - Greens-Groundbeef) Dort nehmen wir einen Happen von Griechenlands berühmtem süßen und salzigen besten Snack.
Venezianische Mauern fangen unglaubliche Ausblicke ein und sehen Zeus Gesicht auf Juchtas Berg. Für Liebhaber treffen : Dort haben wir die Möglichkeit, den langsam gekochten berühmten Ofto von Kreta zu probieren, das Survival Food mit frischem Joghurt und frischen Pommes frites auf der Seite. Für Vegetarier : Vor unserem Weg in den böhmischen Teil der Stadt mit seinen Monor Asia Mezes und Tintenfischen mit Lieblingsgelben Wers und dem kretischen Fondue voller Gewürze und Käse zum Schmelzen im Mund. Yamas mit einigen leckeren Weinen und Raki und immer mit etwas Griess halva oder Joghurt mit Sauerkirsche süßen Löffel.
Über Metropolitan Church und ein altes Kloster gelangen wir zu den ältesten und kleinen engen Gassen der Stadt, während wir die versteckten Juwelen bewundern, die Touristen unbekannt sind

Magda was the best guide!!! She knows the city very well, she accommodated my husband’s request for seafood instead of lamb, and was very personable and fun. We highly recommend this tour with Magda. Two thumbs up!
A lot of food! Two stops and the second stop had at least 8-9 plates of different dishes tapas style. More then I could eat, very friendly restaurant manager, guide was ok.
A brilliant experience combining history with the delicious Cretan food and drink. Magda was a brilliant guide - the whole thing could not have been better!

We had the most wonderful food tour with Magda. She was a perfect ambassador of Cretan hospitality, history and culture. She took us to places in Heraklion we may no have gone on our own, and the food…first, I’ve never eaten so much on a food tour and we usually take one in a every major city we visit. Secondly, Magda took us to places that had unique offerings that only a local would know. One of the restaurants served us lamb, sheep and pork raised from the owner’s farm in the mountains. And I loved that she encouraged us to eat with our hands. We were immersed into the Cretan culture for a day. Loved it!

Crete Heraklion specifically was wonderful. We enjoyed tasting local cuisine. There was plenty to eat! The gelato was wonderful!

What an incredible experience with Magda! She is our new best friend! Magda truly made us feel truly special and provided us with the great history of Crete, as well as a truly amazing food experience. She is a tremendous host who wants to provide you the best culinary experience Crete has to offer. Our last stop, a sit down lunch at an amazing restaurant on the water included beer and wine, numerous appetizers to enjoy, and when we thought that was it, out came the entrees of fresh sea bass and mussels, capped off with amazing desserts. I would give this food tour 10 stars if I could. Magda is an excellent guide. We had so much food! All of the food was thoughtful and local to Crete. I love food history and Magda has a lot of insight on the history of Crete, culture and food traditions. We were with another couple so the size of our group was perfect and we got to make new friends.
