Beschreibung
Bei diesem Kochkurs „Farm to Table“ geht es um ein praktisches Erlebnis. Je nach Jahreszeit sammeln wir, was auf unserem Hof verfügbar ist. Wir zeigen und erklären Ihnen alle Pflanzen und Bäume, die wir haben. Sie lernen die alte Kultur und Kochtechniken Costa Ricas kennen. Das Essen wird in einer offenen Holzfeuerküche zubereitet.

Andres and Abel were fantastic ! Learning about the different fruits and trees was really interesting. We loved the yummy food we made and loved the stories along the way!

My son likes to cook so this was a great bonding experience for us. We enjoyed walking around the small farm area before cooking. We all contributed to making ceviche with plantains, rice with chicken and empanadas. We left full and happy. If you’re staying in downtown La Fortuna this one was within walking distance to get to.
Andres was an amazing guide for our cooking tour! He was funny, cooked good food, and had a lot of neat things to share! Would recommend for those wanting a simple Costa Rican meal! The tour was supposed to be only 2 hours and he gave us 3 super fun interactive hours. He took into account allergies as well which was important to us! Would recommend. Pura Vida!
