We had a blast! It was a fabulous bike ride and hike to see the canyon. So beautiful and worth the time and money.

Great fun on the e-bikes, but the hike was only a short walk to a very busy attraction. Lovely views along the bike ride.

Our guide Nick, was fantastic. Biking the Bow Valley Parkway on a sunny day was spectacular.

What a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. Scott our guide was really interesting, knowledgeable and told us loads about the area and the natural world during the walk. The E bikes are brilliant, really easy to cycle and give you a good boost going up hill. The walk through the canyon and wood is incredibly scenic with amazing views of the mountains. All in all, well worth the money and thank you to Scott for making it such a brilliant experience.

Since the weather forecast predicted tons of rain, we accepted the guide's proposal. We therefore removed the cycling portion, and walked longer on the Johnston Trail.

This was a disaster. The guide(s) never even introduced themselves and that is how it began. We took a van to Johnston Canyon with the bikes inside. In Johnston Canyon it was not a hike but just a walk. Due to time constrictions, we only went as far as the twin falls and then turned around. Really learned nothing about the Canyon. Went back to the parking lot to find out that we were taking the ebikes back to Banff and had to ride at least 26km per hour in order to make it back in time. My wife didn’t feel comfortable with this & ended up taking a bus back. This was never explained, discussed or made clear to us. Would not have done it had we known. At times we went as fast as 39 to 40 km/hr. They didn’t even have bikes helmets that properly fit my wife for example. The concept for this sounded great but the reality of it was just awful and a bad experience.

It’s great fun. Our leader was very friendly and knew what she was doing. The bike ride was awesome. The hike to the waterfalls was great but was very busy on the trails.

Lauren was a superb and considerate guide today. We thoroughly enjoyed the hike at Johnston Canyon, and loved the e-bike ride back into Banff. Lauren ensured our pace was suitable for the group, and she was very knowledgeable about the landscape, wildlife, and the wider Banff area. Highly recommend. Thank you, Lauren!

We had a great time. The route they use for the bikes was very scenic. The hike was a bit crowded but to be expected as it is one of the popular spots. Get there before 12 if you want to get public parking on Banff.

We were new to e-bikes and were nervous. Mattie spent time with us to assure our comfort and understand on using the bike. Tour route was beautiful !!
