Wir holen Sie in Ihrem Hotel am ausgewählten Treffpunkt ab und steigen an der „Plaza la Isla 2“ in den Hauptbus, von wo aus wir zum Restaurant Yaxkin fahren.

Sie besuchen die wunderschöne heilige Cenote. Zusammen mit unserem Fahrer und unserem Guide erreichen Sie eine heilige Cenote, wo Sie schwimmen können. Sie haben eine Stunde Zeit, die Cenote zu genießen. Keine der Optionen beinhaltet eine Schwimmweste, die obligatorisch ist, wenn Sie in der Cenote schwimmen möchten. It’s a really good time definitely really tourist trap like hundreds of people trying to sell you stuff and scam you but if that doesn’t bother you the guilds are very nice and informative
It was an excellent family experience; our guides were Gonzalo, Rodolfo, Ximena, and Porfirio. We started the trip at 8:30, they met us at Coco Bongo but we boarded at Quinta la Alegría. Leaving Playa, they let us sleep until we arrived at the first booth where they explained that there would be a time change, and from that moment on, Rodolfo began to explain to us that the Mayans were astrologers. Then they took us to a Mayan community where the community shaman performed a cleansing for us before entering Chichen. There, Gonzalo explained more to us about the ruins and the culture. Honestly, it has been one of the best experiences I have had in my life; I highly recommend this tour.
We booked through Sunwing for the shorter 2 hour tour so I can't remember the actual tour company. I think it was Cancun something. Anyway, Ricardo and his driver were excellent! The drive was smooth sailing, and Ricardo was very knowledgeable about the history and had several pictures on his tablet to show us things that we couldn't see at the time. He showed genuine concern for all the passengers to ensure our best experience.
Be prepared for a long day. We were expecting to be back at our hotel at 7 to 7:30 PM but didn’t get back until 9:15. The experience was worth it. The lunch wasn’t very appetizing but we didn’t book this excursion for the lunch!
We booked the tour using Viator. After initially finding out we had to pay more for entrance fees and taxes etc, it still worked out less than half the price of booking through our hotel rep. The whole day was brilliant, the tour guides were great and really made the day. Special mention to Ximena, Gonzalo, Rodolfo and Porfirio. Would 100% recommend and would definitely book again!
The tour was amazing! Everything is very well organized, with a lot of important information, instructions simultaneously in Spanish and English!! Amazing! The guides Gonzalo, Rodolfo, Christian were so full of energy, with humor, very friendly, helpful and shared a lot of knowledge. The lunch was good. We also took some sandwiches and water with us that we cooked home, which was great decision because the trip is long. Chichen-Itza was wow!! Turned out is a lot to see there, so in order not to miss anything you better watch some video in advance because is veeerry hot and the time is limited as it is a big group tour. Cenote was wonderful, so beautiful even though we decided not to swim in advance. Next time we would swim. Validolid is super cute, reminded me of Antigua city in Guatemala. Advise you to eat there very tasty Santa Clara ice cream and buy some tasty chocolate in Museum of Chocolate. I wish maybe to have slightly more time in Chichen-Itza and Validolid. But is a very dense tour with the big group so it is understandable that the time is limited. Overall I would give it 10/10, everything was so easy, comfortable, with so much joy and fun. We had a blast!!! We came back with beautiful photos, wonderful memories! So put comfortable shoes and clothes, a hat and prepare to enjoy! Again huge thanks for the guides Gonzalo, Rudolfo, Christian and the driver! Great team!! Muchisimas gracias!!

We had English guide with the service he was very patient explaining the culture . The entire team was very friendly and patient. Will definitely recommend them . They are vey competitive on pricing too compared to options available on resorts .
They try to sell you all kinds of extras so make sure you bring cash with you if you plan to purchase beverages or gifts along the way.
