Wir haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, diese ganztägige private Charter zu einem einzigartigen, entspannenden und schönen Erlebnis nur für Ihre Gruppe zu machen. Wir treffen Sie an dem in Ihrer Reservierung angegebenen Ausgangspunkt. Vor Ort empfängt Sie unser Manager und unterstützt Sie beim Check-in. Unser erster Halt ist Schnorcheln an einem Riff, wo Sie bunte tropische Fische sehen werden. Danach segeln wir weiter Richtung Isla Mujeres auf unserem Katamaran, während Sie bei kühlen Getränken, Musik und herrlichem Meerblick entspannen. Wenn Sie in einem Strandhaus in der Innenstadt von Isla Mujeres ankommen, genießen Sie ein lokales mexikanisches Mittagessen auf dem Dach des Strandhauses, eine tolle Aussicht (inklusive). Anschließend haben Sie freie Zeit, die Inselumgebung, lokale Geschäfte und die lebendige Atmosphäre zu erkunden. Danach kehren wir zum Katamaran zurück und segeln entlang der Küste, um am berühmten Playa Norte zu schwimmen. Schließlich segeln wir zurück nach Cancún, während Sie sich entspannen, Getränke, Musik und schöne Karibikblicke genießen.

Wir treffen Sie am Startpunkt in Cancún, den Sie nach der Buchung in Ihren Reservierungen finden. Wenn Sie Hilfe beim Transport benötigen oder Fragen vor der Ankunft haben, können Sie uns unter der in Ihrer Bestätigung angegebenen Telefonnummer kontaktieren. Am einfachsten erreichen Sie uns über WhatsApp. Sobald Sie ankommen, wird unser Check-in Manager Ihre Gruppe begrüßen und Ihnen bei allen notwendigen Check-in-Verfahren helfen, bevor Sie an Bord des Katamarans gehen.
Nach der Abfahrt entspannen Sie auf dem Katamaran und genießen Ihre ersten erfrischenden Getränke und das wunderschöne kristallklare türkisfarbene Wasser der Karibik. Wir segeln zu unserem ersten Stopp – einem Schnorchelriff voller farbenfroher tropischer Fische und Meereslebewesen. Hier haben Sie Zeit zu schwimmen und das Riff zu erkunden, während Sie die pulsierende Unterwasserwelt entdecken.
Nach dem Schnorcheln segeln wir weiter in Richtung der wunderschönen Insel Isla Mujeres. Während Sie durch das türkisfarbene karibische Wasser fahren, können Sie bei kalten Getränken Ihrer Wahl entspannen, darunter Margaritas, kaltes Bier, Wasser, Säfte und alkoholfreie Getränke. Genießen Sie Ihre Lieblingsmusik, während Sie den atemberaubenden Meerblick während des Segelns genießen.
Ankunft am Strandclub in der Innenstadt von Isla Mujeres. Im Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick genießen Sie ein All-you-can-eat-Mittagsbuffet im mexikanischen Stil. Nach dem Mittagessen haben Sie etwa eine Stunde Freizeit, um die Insel zu erkunden, lokale Geschäfte zu besuchen oder einfach die entspannte Inselatmosphäre zu genießen.
Nachdem wir die Insel erkundet haben, setzen wir unseren Segeltörn entlang der Küste von Isla Mujeres fort und genießen dabei wunderschöne Sightseeing-Aussichten. Wir werden dann an der berühmten Playa Norte ankern, die für ihr flaches, kristallklares türkisfarbenes Wasser bekannt ist. Hier haben Sie Zeit zum Schwimmen und Entspannen, während Sie die Atmosphäre der tropischen Insel genießen. Danach segeln wir langsam zurück nach Cancún, während Sie sich entspannen, Ihre Lieblingsmusik genießen und weiterhin kühle Drinks genießen, während Sie die wunderschöne karibische Aussicht genießen.
Wir kommen wieder am Ausgangspunkt in Cancún an. Am Dock angekommen, können Sie Ihre Sachen sammeln und zu Ihrem nächsten Ziel weiterfahren, egal ob es Ihr Mietwagen, ein Taxi oder ein Shuttle ist.

Loved the snorkeling and the crew was so attentive! Super helpful and fun! My kids had a blast! The crew even took photos of us!
Enjoyed our time relaxing on the Catamaran. The captain and his crew were very attentive to our needs. We went snorkeling in 2 different areas. Then had some lunch and did a little shopping. Swimming and relaxing on a raft the last hour. They were always offering drinks and trying to help out when walking around the boat. Beautiful day and well worth the money instead of being on a crowded boat.
This was one of the best excursions I have ever been on. Our group of 8 had so much fun, it was the highlight of our vacation. The crew was a blast to hang out with. We got to snorkel the underwater statue museum as well as a shipwreck. Our time on Isla Mujeres was so fun. Captain Juan (aka the Silver Fox) made sure to procure us golf carts for zooming around the island and then went with us for guidance and to play. The drinks onboard were plentiful and delicious. We had such an amazing time that it was all our group could gush about for the rest of the vacation. We feel like we made a true friend with Juan, we can’t wait to book another excursion with them when we come back.

Our catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres was an unforgettable trip. Juan tailored the experience for us from the beginning. On the boat we were able to experience snorkeling at a shipwreck and the sandy beach of Playa del Norte. When we docked at Isla Mujeres we were met with a Tequila tasting and a buffet lunch was set up at the beach club. Juan then set up golf carts and he personally took us on a tour of the island. He shared the history of the island while stopping at spots for us to take pictures and see the sites. The whole experience was easy. Juan and the crew took care of every detail to ensure a relaxing and fun day trip. The crew became friends and we cannot wait to come back and visit again!

This tour is not at all as described. The boat is completely different and very small, lunch is not included, nor are paddle boards available. Open bar and crew was good
Hi, sorry to hear, unfortunately there must’ve been a misunderstanding we didn’t include lunch back than in our package as you could’ve seen in your reservation details. We have only one Gemini Catamaran 35ft in service so far. I’m checking with the cs service here about that again sorry for any inconvenience. We do always our best to give our customers the best possible service as seen in the reviews before also I can’t finde your name in our past reservation list, I do hope you were not mistaken with another tour.. well do our best to sort things out. We snorkeled at the shipwreck after leaving the dock in Cancun. It was amazing to see all the tropical fish! We sailed to the wonderful island of Isla Mujeres, docked downtown and enjoyed lunch then discovered the little island some more. We then sailed to Playa North Beach - such a great white sandy beach with crystal clear waters! It has been an amazing and truly unforgettable experience. The Captain and crew were very attentive at all times. All together an amazing experience and very recommendable. 5 stars!

Juan was a wonderful host. He anticipated what we needed before we asked. The crew was great and very attentive. They were very flexible with what we wanted. The catamaran was clean and well maintained. Snorkeling at the shipwreck was fun but crowded as was the beach at Isla Mujeres but the ride around the south side of the island was breathtaking. Highly recommend this experience.

The actual catamaran was great. The logistics were terrible. No one would give me an actual address for the “meeting place”. I was continually given the name of a Marina, but not an address. We had to arrange our own transportation so I needed an address to give the taxi driver. I gave him the Marina name (as instructed the multiple times I asked) and he didn’t know where that was. I was able to find the address in my own online. Once we arrived at the marina, there was no one waiting for us. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early (which we did - at 9:45am), but the catamaran didn’t arrive until after 10:00am. We tried to use Viator customer support contact, but didn’t receive a response from them until after 10:00am.
Hi Susan, I still have our communication on file here, I even send you an link on google maps that tells the exact adress that you could’ve given the driver we never had any issues with taxis not finding the spot, you even tried to call the Marina instead of just calling me and even after we were actually texting on WhatsApp and you arrived and were received on time, still you were holding on to that adress issue that you just made up.. and finally there is also an exact adress in the booking details after booking. I still have not a single idea what made you so upset about the adress? It’s simply displayed on file here and simply to find on google maps. In the beginning the adress is not detailed given from Viator because of their booking policies. I’m happy that you liked our charter and that we were there at 10am as we do start at 10am shows that we were accurate on time and as I said we were in constant contact on WhatsApp, there was nothing that could’ve gone wrong. Maybe the next time you want to check on the booking details were it says meeting location? Thank you and Best Joe
