Private Einkaufstour durch Cancun! Stadtbesichtigung

We were hesitant to go into Cancun not knowing anything about Mexico so I messaged the company directly to ask a few questions and Franklin made everything so easy to plan and was very laid back and when we met him he was very kind, gentle and humble. From the moment he picked us up, I knew we had made the right decision. We wanted to shop a little more for Souvenirs since we are on a shorter time limit here and didn’t really know what to do. Franklin customized an itinerary for us and helped me and my 12 year old daughter whatever we were looking for, he also negotiated for us and made sure we knew if the price was a good deal or if we should move on since a lot of venders sell the same or similar products. As we made our way further into the market people were much more helpful and their prices were much better compared to where we started. Franklin refused commission when offered to entice us to buy from them, and asked the to just give us the best price that they could. We walked out feeling accomplished and that we had saved a ton of money compared to what we would have spent without him. He was very straight forward, pulling us aside at times and explaining how everything worked and was completely transparent about everything that was happening. Since we had two children (15, and 12) and don’t drink much we opted out of the tequila tasting. Franklin then brought us to an ice cream shop and to an amazing authentic Mexican restaurant and we took many pictures at the Cancun sign there. He offered to take us to the other Cancun sign for more pictures but all of us were exhausted by that time and very full 😂 If you want to go to Cancun with someone who knows where to go, explains the culture to you and helps you instead of letting you flounder, then this is the tour for you. It’s not just about shopping, it’s the experience. And Franklin made sure we had a great experience from pick up to drop off.

We had a great time seeing the city and shopping with Tony and Franklin. Tony was an amazing driver. Franklin was a gracious host and catered to our groups specific needs. They answered all our questions and helped us find specific items. Highly recommended,

Pick up was easy. Our guide was Franklin and he was absolutely great. I was traveling with my elderly parents and he did an awesome job helping with them, especially my Father who has dementia, he was kind and patient. He took us to some highlights of cancun. The van was air-conditioned and he kept us hydrated. Thank you Franklin.
