Absolutely amazing!! Just book it! Jesus is an amazing, professional and Bacalar is stunning!!! Hands down, the best excursion/day trip we’re ever done! Everything about our tour was AMAZING. I booked a private trip with Canamex Adventures for my mom and me. I booked directly through the website and immediately heard from Jesus (Owner and our driver) confirming our trip and details. The day before our trip, Jesus established the final pick-up details (and wanted to know if there were anything special we would like to drink - we choose Palomas ). Jesus arrived at our pick-up location, on time and with immaculate transportation. We were greeted with delicious croissant sandwiches, fresh fruit cups of mango and papaya and a fully stocked cooler of beverages. Next, we started our journey to Bacalar. It was about 3 hours from our hotel. Jesus is a great driver and very personable. He is very conscious of his passengers and their needs. We enjoyed the river rapids and a boat tour of the lagoon. Our boat caption was also exceptional, and very knowledgeable about the lagoon. We liked learning from him about the different cenotes. We genuinely recommend Jesus’s excursions and services. Thank you for making our trip memorable and taking care of us. **Tip: ensure you bring pesos for the restrooms or other small purchases you might want to make. 5 to 10 pesos cover your restroom use. I forgot to bring pesos, and Jesus covered both of us for the day.

Tours and transfers 101% recommended, marveling at deluxe bacalar, very good vibe of Jesus and alfonso... for the next, without hesitation take another tour.

I cannot say enough good things about Jesus and the tour he provides. Came down to Bacalar during covid and post tropical storm, things were closed and nature had an attitude but Jose made it work. Our tour had to be altered a bit, but before any changes were made Jesus ran it by us first to make sure we were ok with it. Really appreciated that. His level of communicating and making you the boss of your tour is incredible. Covered so much of Bacalar in this one expedition. Bacalar is a beautiful place and Jesus made sure we were able to experience it. 10 out of 10, would book again and recommend to friends.

My wife and myself have been going to the Rivera Maya for 6 years now...sometimes with our children and sometimes just the 2 of us. We were lucky enough to meet Jesus on our second trip down 5 years ago and he has been taking care of all our excursion and transfer needs ever since. Jesus is by far the best tour guide in Mexico. Especially for Canadians! Extremely professional, and knows the spots to go and see. He made our trip to the Mayan Riviera a special one. Anytime we are going back to Mexico we will only deal with CanaMex Adventures.
