Eine 3-stündige praktische Kochstunde, die einige der interessantesten Aspekte der italienischen und insbesondere der venezianischen Küche leicht anspricht. Unter Verwendung lokaler saisonaler Produkte bereiten wir gemeinsam eine komplette Mahlzeit zu, die wir in der entspannten Atmosphäre des vom Architekten entworfenen Arbeitsbereichs von A Tavola oder bei schönem Wetter draußen im bezaubernden Innenhof/Garten genießen können! Jede Jahreszeit hat ihre Zutaten und jedes italienische Fest hat ihre Gerichte. Gemeinsam kreieren wir die kultigsten Beispiele der venezianischen Küche im Einklang mit langjährigen Familientraditionen, die über Generationen weitergegeben wurden. Wir sprechen über die Geschichte der venezianischen Küche und die Fülle an Zutaten aus der Lagune von Venedig. Durch den Austausch und das gemeinsame Kochen entdecken Sie die Geheimnisse der Zubereitung einer Auswahl exquisiter lokaler Gerichte, die Sie nachkochen können bei Ihrer Rückkehr zu Hause.

We all enjoyed it. Food was amazing. And we feel like we’ll be able to make it on our own. Also a fun way to experience Italy, away from the crowds. Even the two teenagers in our group said it was a highlight of the trip.

MUST DO THIS. What a gift! Cristine is a stellar host. She is EXCELLENT at communicating and even booked water taxis for us. We had a PRIVATE cooking class with a MASTER CHEF named Alexandra who is a delight and taught us how to make tiramisu, pasta, and spinach&ricotta filled ravioli. She is working on a cookbook - the way she plans, prepares, and combines flavors in this meal is exemplary and somehow so simple too. We learned so much, indulged in exquisite wine and even got home renovation ideas. This locational is a stunning architectural beauty designed solely for the purpose of cooking and celebrating the meal together. One of the BEST true Venetian experiences possible. The chef provided a hands on experience in regard to making pasta for the ravioli and for the vegetables.

Did this class with my brother. We cooked two dishes and a dessert. We got the recipes after the class. We had the freshest produce and the most amazing taste. The chef taught us tricks for cutting, cleaning and maximizing the flavors. We had the most enjoyable dinner and conversation with her afterwards. I am so grateful for this time. Such a wonderful relaxing evening and I can’t wait to make this for friends and family when I go home.

The cooking class was the best excursion we did in Venice! Marta was fantastic cook, she took her time and carefully taught each one of us to make pasta, tiramisu, sardine appetizer and prawn scampi!! It was a beautiful cooking class apartment to be in. Loved getting to know Marta and experience her passion for Venice and cooking!

We were very lucky to have such a great group and the whole event was really fun! We were able to try lots of delicious specialties and it was a great experience to prepare them ourselves. There was also excellent wine, and all of this in a beautiful and very well-kept location. Many thanks and warm greetings to Marta and Beatrice, our great leaders!

We loved it! I highly recommend it if you want to do something different and super fun. Starting with the location, it is very cool and the place is great and super clean! The PERFECT deal! You can see the love behind cooking and these activities. If you want to do something different that makes you feel part of the city, and at the same time meet people, then come to A Tavola!
