Auschwitz und Birkenau Tour

Guide was very informative and interesting. Cost was quite high but this is because we didn’t book before we left the uk and there were few dates available - book in advance. Tour was well organised, bus and meeting points advised. Kept up to date with the tour and plans. It’s very busy and felt rushed at times but this isn’t the tour guides fault - this is because of the sheer volume of visitors at the camps. Camps are vast, photography isn’t permitted at times. There are cafes at the sites if needed, lunch option was given. We travelled by train from Krakow Glowny.

Great tour, the driver is the master of time because the tour is packed. Our French-speaking guide (Majda I believe) was brilliant, she knew how to convey the history of the places and the spirit of remembrance to us with emotion and conviction. The tour is extremely rich and interesting, sometimes very emotional.

In fact, the part organized by Viator lived up to its reputation. But the guide provided by the Auschwitz concentration camp was frankly bad. He spoke in a low voice, and when he had a microphone, he spoke away from it. In short, we didn't hear him.

The tour was very sad and moving. The hardship experienced by the imprisoned and murdered was detailed by the guide who was respectful and informative. The information given was respectful whilst explaining the experiences of people who spent time in both camps.

An amazing experience. The story is told in such a way that you can really imagine what it was like.

It is a very interesting tour. The information was conveyed well. And you should be good on your feet. When booking, you must make sure that all persons are named. Personalized tickets are created. We were not informed of this by Viator and it was only thanks to the commitment of the local organizer that my fellow travelers were able to get in.

A little too much facts in numbers, a little heated with the groups going in close succession. But the experience was absolutely overwhelming.

Very well organized. Small group of a very reasonable size. We were able to visit in good conditions.

We had an awesome tour guide. Magdalena guided us through the program in an entertaining, understandable, and empathetic way. The organization was also good and worked out perfectly from the meeting until the end. Gladly again ⭐️

They posted photos of the meeting point with an address link, but that place doesn't even exist. Then, they sent a completely different address via WhatsApp—so how are we supposed to know which one to use if they don't answer messages or calls? We experienced a huge amount of stress. Thank God we made it to the tour in time, but we definitely do not recommend them!
