Our Experience We stayed at this hotel as a family, but unfortunately, we would not return. There were simply too many rules and restrictions, and overall we did not enjoy the experience. We also found the staff and general atmosphere to be less friendly and welcoming than expected. Rooms - The basic rooms were not well stocked. We ran out of shower gel and hand wash and had to ask several times for them to be refilled. - There is a TV in the room, but there are no channels available. - There are no proper cupboards for storing clothes, just a very basic clothes rail. Dining - There were very long queues to get into the dining hall. - There was not much choice for vegetarians. - The same food was repeatedly served for lunch and dinner. - Cutlery frequently ran out. When we asked a waiter for some, he simply shrugged his shoulders rather than helping. - There is also a token system for drinks. You hand in a token to receive a cup, and you have to keep that cup with you if you want a refill. No cup means no drink, which we found unnecessarily inconvenient. Pool Area - This is the first hotel we have stayed at where guests are expected to drag their own sunbeds into position. This could be particularly difficult for elderly or less mobile guests. - There were very long queues at the gates in the morning, with people pushing and shoving to get through in order to secure a sunbed. - There is a sunbed supervisor who checks whether beds are being used. If you leave your sunbed, a note is left on it. If you don't return within an hour, your belongings are packed up and stored away. While we understand the need to prevent sunbed reserving, we found the whole process quite strict and uncomfortable. Check-in & Check-out - Be prepared for very long queues. We waited around 30 minutes for both check-in and check-out, which was frustrating, especially after travelling. Luggage Room - The luggage room is very small and there doesn't appear to be an organised system for storing bags. - Luggage was piled on top of each other, and it took a long time to locate our bags. Overall We came as a family hoping to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately the number of rules, queues and restrictions made the experience quite stressful rather than enjoyable. This hotel may suit some people, but based on our experience, we would not return. We also found the staff and overall atmosphere lacking in friendliness, which added to our disappointment.

Everything went like clockwork, driver was fabulous, guide was very knowledgable and the packed lunch was amazing. Use this company as they were very good.

Amazing and sobering experience, we got picked up at 6am which was very early but because it was a heatwave, we understood this was a practical measure. Our driver Sawek was polite and courteous and provided a tasty lunch. Would recommend to anyone visiting Krakow, an essential experience. 5 Star!

Very easy to book - loads of 5 star reviews. Tour operator contacted me via WhatsApp for all family member names to purchase tickets a week plus in advance. Day before, contacted me with pick up time. Morning of sent message saying outside hotel! Super friendly and cordial driver hand off to guide upon arrival. All of it was fantastic

Great from start to finish, no hanging around, driver was friendly & offered us a lunch box (xtra cost) which was well worth it, fresh sandwich with juice,water, fruit , crisps & choc bar. early pickup a bonus 06:50 as gave us the afternoon to explore , tour around auschwitz was great- straight in no queues , head set provided & great tour guide who was very knowledgeable and did not rush the group, we were in a smaller group of no more than 20. If your planning this trip i would 100% recommend this provider as great customer servuce

Comfortable transportation. Prompt and efficient. The tour was exactly what you would expect. Would recommend this tour to anyone.
