Ihre Tour beginnt mit der Abholung von der angegebenen Adresse. Der Zeitpunkt der Abholung kann sich ändern, es hängt von der genauen Uhrzeit des Eingangs zum Museum und der Reihenfolge der Hotelabholungen ab. Das Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau befindet sich 65 km von Krakau entfernt in Oświęcim. Die Fahrt zum Museum dauert ca. 1 Std. 20 Min. Während der Fahrt erklärt Ihnen unser Fahrer alles über die Tour, wie sie Schritt für Schritt aussehen wird, und beantwortet alle Ihre Fragen. Bevor Ihre Tour beginnt, haben Sie eine 15-minütige Pause für die Toilette.
Der erste Teil Ihrer Tour ist Auschwitz I, das ehemalige Hauptkonzentrationslager. Sie erfahren alles über die Anfänge des Konzentrationslagers an diesem Ort sowie über verschiedene Dinge, die dort passiert sind. Der Hauptteil der Ausstellung befindet sich hier.
Nach einer kurzen Pause geht es weiter nach Auschwitz II - Birkenau. Dies ist der zweite Teil der Tour. Er hilft, das Ausmaß und die Größe von allem, was dort geschah, zu veranschaulichen. In diesem Teil ist die Tour eher kontemplativ.
Nach all den Besichtigungen haben Sie Zeit in Ruhe, Zeit in der Buchhandlung oder im Café. Nach der Pause fahren wir dann zurück nach Krakau. Unser Fahrer bringt Sie zu jedem ausgewählten Ort in Krakau.

Excellent, well organised tour. Our guide/ driver Lucayo was couteous and helpful. Our local camp guide (Anya ?) was excellent and informative. Would recomment booking.

Our driver/tour guide Igor was wonderful. He arrived at the hotel on time and gave perfect instructions prior to pick up. Igor was an excellent driver and was extremely informative and enthysiadtic throughout the whole tour. The tour involves a lot of walking and it was an extremely hot day with little shade so prepare adequately with hat, water and good shoes. Thoroughly enjoyed the day. Thank you Igor for your professionalism and expertise knowledge.

Visiting Auschwitz was a profound and moving experience. Seeing this part of our history as close as possible is something everyone should do. Our guide in Auschwitz was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and handled this difficult history with great sensitivity. Pick up option at the hotel was super convenient. Our driver Jakub was fantastic - super punctual and attentive, he kept us informed the whole time and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Overall, it was an amazing and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.
A very important thing to see in person. The driver, Stas, was prompt in pick up pick up, had good a/c in his car, and was a safe driver. He also showed us the shorter lines to get into the restrooms before the tour began. Tour guide was good. Be prepared for crowds and lots of groups other than your own, and to move quickly past things—don’t have much time to read signs or to contemplate on some scenes.
This was an interesting and thought provoking tour. Our driver, Stas, was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and he looked after our group well. His limousine was comfortable with excellent air conditioning which was necessary in 35C temperatures! Stas even recommended a great restaurant near our apartment and some interesting areas of Krakow that we visited the next day.. Highly recommended.!

We really enjoyed this tour. Communication was clear and straightforward. Pickup was easy and our guide, Kacper, was really knowledgeable about the city. The tour itself was really informative. After the tour, Kacper drove us back and gave recommendations for places in the city.
From the moment of Pick at our hotel entrance, nothing but 5 STAR SERVICE from STAS. He was our driver, our guide along the way and an absolute amazing star. The tour was the main attraction of the day but his personality and generous knowledge made the day so much more special. Words are not enough to express the impact the tour has on a person. The tour guide was stunning, she managed to take our group through the atrocities of displayed evil and while never minimizing the evil managed to show the humanity and hope that survived and endured beyond these death camps. I highly recommend this gut wrenching tour to everyone.
