The pickup was great. You when then shuttled into a checking for upgrades. Waited for 3/4 before you started. The actual tour was great. However, we’re still doing blowing maintenance and hadn’t turned on the ‘waterfall’. Staff were lovely once there. The Tequila Master was the highlight of the tour. At the end we had to queue for 20 minutes to get out to the bus

Guide Josh was fun, friendly and safety oriented. The cenotes were as expected, beautiful, and had jump off points at each. Last one was the highlight with trapeze, highest jump off point, and warmest water. Had a great time. The photographer captured great photos as well. Generous amount of tequila. Tasted great. No sales pressure. Food at the end was just okay.
Josh was great, a lot of knowledge of the cenotes and cool to learn about Mexico City through him! Keep this guy around.
