Great experience! Hector is the best, very calm and patient, really kind and explains everything after spotting heaps of wildlife! If you want to go kayaking, he’s the man!
It was a great experience from start to finish and hector was a great guide and his knowledge and enthusiasm was infectious . Great way to explore and learn about the wild life and the ecosystem around the river . We saw Caiman, baby iguanas , storks, king fisher, Egrets and so much more.
Very nice tour with Hector. We saw kaymans and many other wild life. We also went to an island where we had an amazing view on the 2 volcanos by sunset. The guide took the time for us and provided us with a lot of information about the area and Nicaragua, his English is perfect and he even took wonderful photos of us. He made our tour the best. Would defenitely recommend!

Hector was an amazing guide. He is very knowledgeable and speaks very good English. We went on a morning kayaktour which I can recommend as it was super quite and we almost had the whole place to ourselves which allowed us to see a lot of different species including birds and caimans. I can definitely recommend booking this tour!

This was the best experience we had on Ometepe! Professional and informative before we booked, with excellent equipment. Johnny was our guide and he was excellent. he found wildlife that we could never have found, went at our pace and really made it such an enjoyable unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

This is definitely the best place to get a caiman tour through the mangroves in Ometepe! The company is v close and it only takes 10 minutes kayaking to get to the entrance of the mangroves (other companies are often further away and they charge extra for a boat to take you to the mangroves). Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made our experience worthwhile, we saw so many different birds, monkeys and of course the famous caimans. Highly recommend!

If you go to Ometepe this tour is a must! Please contact them directly. Hector took care of everything, they picked me up and took me back safety to the place I am staying. After the sunset tour I had a cold beer watching the sunset and then an artisan pizza 🍕 made in their stone oven on the lakeside. If you want an authentic experience and avoid all the crowds and touristy places then you must go here. The guide was also amazing. And they were so kind. Thank you Hector ✨🙏
