Bike tour was fun and very informative. Learnt a lot and got some exercise while enjoying the tour. Biking was at a good pace not too fast or too slow. Mostly flat with one small hill. Would recommend this tour gor sure.

We had a great bike ride through Panama City with our guide Stefan. He was incredibly friendly, sociable and knew how to tell a lot about the city, its surroundings and its recent history. We have seen beautiful places that we would probably never have discovered otherwise. The tour was perfectly organized and he paid a lot of attention to our questions. Especially with the warm weather, it is really ideal to explore the city by bike. Stefan created a relaxed atmosphere and made the whole experience extra fun. In addition, he speaks fluent English, Spanish and German, which is very convenient for many tourists and makes communication very pleasant. What also struck us is that many local people who were working on the road seemed to know him and clearly like to hang out with him. That gave the tour an extra personal and authentic atmosphere. We absolutely recommend this bike tour to other travelers visiting Panama City!
Had a great bike tour when we first arrived in Panama City. It really helped to orient us to the city. Our tour guide showed us all the highlights of the area and gave us some great insider tips and recommendations. Highly recommend starting your stay with this tour.
Fantastic and informative. Stephan our guide was interesting and very knowledgeable especially given the fact that he is from Germany. Lol He knew all of the history, landmarks, and some good stories regarding the area. Definitely recommend this group.
