Elena was so engaging and fun the tour was really good so much better than expected!
Very nice bike tour, you have an earpiece in and while cycling told the guide extensively, and you can follow it very well. Also nice tastings. This was my 2nd tour and I would go soon again.

Versatile and entertaining tour of Panama City. About 6 km by bike, not strenuous. Elena and Louis are very attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable Panamanians and have thought of a very good route through the city. I had exactly one day in Panama and decided on this tour because of the good reviews. Perfect if you want to quickly see a lot and learn about the city. Tasty tasting at the market and a small restaurant. I also got good tips for my further stay. Very good price-performance ratio. I was all alone and the tour also took place with one person.

It was a small group tour which was really nice. This was our first full day in Panama City and the perfect start!! Highly recommend Elena and this tour! Amazing food tour! We were blown away with the guides, food and experience. We do these in every country we visit and this was unique.
