Our plane was delayed and once we landed they texted us and kept in contact until the shuttle got to us.
A perfect way to transfer to Disney hotel , quick and easy, great driver and pre arrival contact , made a great start to our holiday

Immediately upon landing we received a text from the company who noted we landed 30 minutes early. We were told that since we landed early, we might be able to. Make the next shuttle instead of waiting. We texted back and forth about where our group of 8 was. Pictures were sent and we made the shuttle since we arrived early! I would use this company again and again! Communication was great and that ranks high with me!!

The driver was helpful but we had to wait 45 min after our flight landed before he arrived. I had a credit from a previous tour so it was tolerable but if I were paying out of pocket full price it would not have been worth it

We had 21 people go to Disney World this June for a family vacation and galaxy was great. They arrived on time to the airport, picked us all up & took us to the All Star Movies Resort on a Coach bus. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good communication from tour operator. They called me shortly after we arrived to let me know where the meet up point would be. Our driver was very friendly and the vehicle was kept very clean

Luiz was a phenomenal driver. Our flight was delayed, and he was already contacting me to assure us everything was good. When we got our luggage, I texted him, and in 10 minutes he was there ready to load us up. Very clean shuttle. Definitely, a great value.

5 star review. A good service provided throughout. I was first messaged to check on my progress while passing immigrations and then given an ETA on my pickup. Shuttle arrived at the pre-arranged designated pickup point. Shuttle was clean & tidy. Driver (Jose) was very helpful with onboarding & offloading. This was a more cost effective way to transfer 6 people with big luggage from the airport to the hotel oppose to booking 2 taxis.
