Very good only seen 2 alligators but that was because of the time of day and the high temperatures. The airboat ride and the birds we saw were very enjoyable.Our captain Mike was very friendly and happy to answer any questions while also telling us about the area

Brilliant airboat ride with a fantastic guide. Would highly recommend.
Unfortunately, our stay was not what we expected. The property was not properly maintained, and several amenities were either unavailable or not working as described. The cleanliness could also have been much better, which made the stay uncomfortable. Communication with the owner was slow, and it took too long to get responses to our concerns. Overall, the property did not provide good value for the price we paid. We expected a more comfortable and well-managed vacation experience, but we left disappointed. Hopefully, the owner will address these issues and improve the property and guest service for future visitors.
Beautiful day and expert Captain Alex knew just where to take us. Even though the heat of the summer so no Alligators promised-saw 4 up close and many babies. Also enjoyed the Alligator feeding after the boat ride.
My husband and I took the airboat ride. We had a good time, even when the boat got stuck and we had to be rescued by another airboat. Captain Jeff was a wonderful guide and he didn’t panic, so we followed his lead. He supplied water and towels and tried to get the boat free from the sand. He called for help and other boat arrived soon after. When we arrived back at the boat house my husband gave Captain Jeff a tip but he didn’t want to take it because of what happened. We insisted and told him that the incident only made the trip more exciting! We not able to take advantage of the zoo because I got too much sun and wasn’t up to doing anything else. But we promised each other that we would do this again in the fall.
We lived out and definitely want to come back next vacation

Awesome. Lots of gator sightings. Cool to ride on an airboat.
My wife and I LOVED it. We did the half day pass, we really enjoyed the shows. There were MANY more animals than we were expecting.
