Very crowded we had to queue for about 1 and a half hours for the bus tour, when you get off at each stop you have to wait and queue again to get back on the buses for another half hour, lots of queueing! Some interesting facts and amazing to see Atlantis and the rockets . Shuttle launch experience was over very quickly too. Food limited
It is what it says it is and for young kids you are definitely going to the play area as they won’t have too much fun elsewhere other than Fraggle rock . As for adults, plan for the day, by the time you have done the tour and a few other things 6pm will fast approach. We had a wheelchair adult in our group and the buses are few and far between to get one for the tour so add another hour on what would have been 15 minute wait for a tour bus … that is what it is so not a complaint just guidance. Here’s what it needs: some 3/4D experiences a few rollercoasters all space themed and it’s a home run. For educational purposes and awe of seeing the shuttles it is a to do item in Florida.
We had an absolutely wonderful day at Kennedy Space Center! Our family group included grandparents, parents, and grandchildren, and it truly was an experience that had something for every generation. There is so much to see and do, and it’s incredible to be standing in a place where so much history has been made. Seeing the Space Shuttle Atlantis up close was breathtaking, and the Saturn V and Apollo exhibits really brought the history of the space program to life. For the grandchildren, there were plenty of exciting, interactive experiences that kept them interested and entertained throughout the day. What made the visit especially memorable was being able to experience it together as a family. The grandparents remembered many of these historic moments as they actually happened, the parents appreciated the history and technology, and the grandchildren got to discover the excitement of space exploration for themselves. The entire complex was well organized, educational without ever feeling boring, and easily filled our whole day. We left tired but very happy, with lots of photographs, great memories, and plenty to talk about on the way home. Kennedy Space Center is so much more than just an attraction — it’s an experience. We would absolutely recommend it for families of all ages, and especially for a multi-generational family day
Absolutely amazing to see the technology, meet an astronaut and talk with him about his life experiences. The simulators were great. Space history wonderful and future plans so exciting!
Exciting, educational and fun.
An excellent experience regarding the evolution of putting humans on the Moon—with its many challenges—as well as what lies ahead with Artemis and the prospect of living on the Moon and Mars. STEM applied in its maximum details
When you get there, make sure you book a tour the bus tour if you can afford it, we suggest the extended one. Make it a priority to go to the Atlantis exhibit. They also have a ride there, that’s pretty cool not too scary at all. Learn all about America’s trips to the moon and beyond!
Was the best experience of our lives, so amazing to see rockets and shuttles up close and personal, I loved the reinactment of the landing on the moon. was magical. The kids loved it as well. Loved that it was educational and connected history to the current excitement of the moon and space travel and science. Showed our kids that anything is possible. Dream big, Dream hard and love the journey.
You have to walk a lot and you will be outdoors much of the time. Go when the weather is cool. The exhibits and shows are excellent.
My husband and I enjoyed it. It was very educational. We loved the virtual reality stuff. It was really great and funny so good that we didn’t even eat anything until we left.
