Magical balloon adventure
Exhilarating fun balloon flight We flew right over the city and the views were spectacular The crew were friendly and experienced and it felt completely safe

Fantastic experience. Chris and Richard were great hosts and very helpful for me getting in and out.

Don't book here unless you like paying for nothing
Company cancelled the flight at the last minute then kept $100 in 'booking fees' My advice would be to keep shopping, buy elsewhere.

Pissed off
Good afternoon, what about some compensation considering we were not notified of the cancellation and attended the meet up point at 6 am on Sunday morning after travelling from Albury/Wodonga (four hours away) and a night accommodation? Only to have to do our own running around calling when no one picked us up. I think $300 compensation will cover the fuel and the accommodation for our very disappointing weekend. And just to confirm I have contacted consumer affairs who have advised me that reasonable compensation should be awarded in this type of scenario. James.

Best experience- highly recommend
Chris was fantastic! He explained everything thoroughly and made us feel very safe and secure. He is extremely knowledgeable with over 30 years experience. He pointed out certain landmarks as we came across them and we even flew over his daughter who then sent him a selfie 🤣 He captured my partner proposing to me on video and now I can rewatch that moment forever 🥰 He was very comical and had a great sense of humour making the whole experience a joy. We will definitely be doing this again!

Awesome experience
What an awesome experience! It was great to to be involved with preparing the balloon for the flight and packing up. Safe and well managed flight. The sights were amazing.
