Afhentning fra hotellet. Hvorfor følge mængden, når du kan vende manuskriptet? Vores prisvindende omvendt rute tur fra Melbourne tager dig på et vildt og vidunderligt eventyr langs Great Ocean Road - tilbage! Det betyder flere seværdigheder, færre mennesker, og en hel masse sjovere. Vi sætter tingene i gang ved at køre direkte ind i landet til De Tolv Apostle – glitrende udsigt og frisk morgenlys perfekt til fotos. Derfra udforsker vi den fantastiske Shipwreck Coast, der rammer Loch Ard Gorge, Razorback, Gibson Steps og selvfølgelig de ikoniske Apostles. Derefter skifter vi gear og går ud i naturen med en fredelig vandretur i regnskoven gennem gamle, store træer. På vej tilbage krydser vi kysten gennem charmerende byer som Apollo Bay og Lorne. Og ja – vi garanterer vild koala opdagelser, plus en god chance for at se kangaruer hoppe gennem busken. Så hvis du er på udkig efter et afslappet, vildtfyldt, foto-værdigt eventyr, der hopper over stress og fordobler sjovet - dette er turen for dig.

Our family group of 5 has an absolutely awesome day! Chris was a terrific tour guide and made the day flow seamlessly and had a great sense of humour. Thanks Chris!
We chose Hit the Road tours because they offered a smaller vehicle and hotel pick up with the premium tour option. I was a little apprehensive about doing a tour due to a recently acquired disability. Our guide, Peter, was very patient and accommodating, he did everything he could to make sure I could see the sights, including arranging a wheelchair with the visitor's centre at The Twelve Apostles. The day started early with a stop at a fabulous little cafe at Winchelsea to grab a coffee and snack. We then headed towards The Twelve Apostles via the Loch Ard Gorge. During the trip, Peter gave some entertaining and informative commentary, without going overboard. He also took us to see wild kangaroos and koalas. A late lunch stop was made at Apollo Bay where Peter made a number of restaurant and cafe recommendations. Peter's driving was smooth and the schedule was busy, but not at all rushed We would happily do a another tour with Hit the Road tours in the future.

The tour was amazing, and our tour guide(Chris) made the entire experience memorable from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, sharing interesting facts about every place we visited. His enthusiasm and excellent service made the tour even more enjoyable. Pete was a wonderful tour guide. Hands down our favorite tour in Australia! The sites were beautiful and it was so special seeing koalas in their natural habitat!

It was an amazing tour, we saw many beautiful beaches and places. We also saw many animals like kangaroos, koalas and different kinds of birds. Our tour guide was Glenn who a fantastic guide, he was very friendly and funny, he also toured us around while talking about very interesting facts and all. Overall, I think this tour was very good and I would totally come again! 10/10

We had a fantastic time on the Hit the Road tour! Chris was an excellent guide and a very skilled driver. We really enjoyed listening to his explanations and the interesting stories he shared about each place we visited. Top notch, highly recommend! We've did many of these guided tours over the years and this was by far our favorite.
