Great blend of info on Jane A and Bath. Ulrich is pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about Jane A and Bath. Highly recommend. We really enjoyed our tour.

Ulrich was incredibly well informed and took us deep into Jane Austen and her relationship to Bath. We spent almost three hours with him and enjoyed every minute of it. He knew so much about Bath and Jane and had a real passion for the subject. Highly recommended,

I really enjoyed this walking tour of Bath. The city itself is beautiful, and the tour is a great way to explore it, as you get to walk around quite a lot while learning about its history. Ulrich is extremely knowledgeable and shared so much information throughout the tour, including lots of interesting details about the places we visited. I was impressed by how much he knew about the city and its history. Bath is very walkable and many of the main sights are quite close to each other, but you still cover a good amount of ground during the tour, so be prepared to walk! Overall, it was a very interesting and informative way to discover the city.

Yuri did a very through job of the tour. He seemed to have a lot of knowledge to share. Disappointing that he did have any way to identify himself or the company. Given how much goes on out there not a good start. The tour mentions starting and stopping at the same place but when we reached the end time and we were nowhere close to the starting place he said I have another tour you can walk to this other place if you want. There were only 3 of us and it was hard to keep up with him. We got to the Jane Austen center and they said they were full. If this was part of the tour it was definitely a miss. Would have been good to know the route planned.

The tour gave you a lot of the history of Bath and took you past a lot of historical sites, but did not really give you much insight into the life of Jane Austin…what motivated her to write the stories she did, inspirations, what it was like to be a woman fighting to be financially independent in a man’s world, funny anecdotes about her life.

I thoroughly enjoyed this tour with Ulrich! He is very knowlegeable about Bath architecture and history, not just the parts related to Jane Austen.

Great review of Bath and Jane Austen at the same time. We saw the assembly hall where there was lots of dancing like in the books and movies. Ulrich was great.

I had a wonderful walk through Bath and Ulrich showed and explained all the important corners to me. Since this was my first day in this special city, it helped me a lot to find my way around. As a long-time Jane Austen reader, discovering places relevant to Miss Austen was important to me; my expectations were met here.

This tour was my favorite experience in Bath. The tour explores Jane Austen's Bath, her homes there, and places she would have gone. At the same time, I learned about significant happenings Bath history, from the Roman Baths to the Georgian architecture, to the Beatles' performance here in 1963! Ulrich was a font of information and answered all questions in his calm and friendly way. It's always wonderful to meet another Jane Austen devotee, and this one also knows everything and anything about Bath in general. The 2.5 hours flew by!

Ulrich was outstanding! Easy meet at the coffee shop. He was a wealth of knowledge & interesting history & details about Jane Austen’s life & family. We thoroughly enjoyed it. He also gave as excellent recommendations for other places to visit after our tour. He even made sure to point out the best postcard photo ops! Thank you, Ulrich!! We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
