Denne oplevelse tilbyder den eneste direkte tur fra Bath til Stonehenge. Turen til Stonehenge tager knap en time hver vej. Vi bruger luksus minibusser med store panoramavinduer, aircondition og komfortable sæder for at sikre, at din rejse er afslappende og behagelig. Undervejs vil chaufføren/guiden pege på alle seværdighederne fra panoramaudsigt over Salisbury Plains til Celtic Hill Forts og Thatched Villages. På en klar dag kan du endda få øje på den berømte Westbury White Horse – en af Chalk Hill Carvings of Ancient Wessex.

Du vil være ved Stonehenge i minimum 2 timer. Dette er masser af tid til at se Stonehenge ordentligt og til at nyde souvenirbutikken, caféen og udstillingshallen i besøgscentret. Chaufføren/guiden vil sortere dine billetter ved ankomsten og forklare webstedets layout. Tiden på Stonehenge er din til at nyde i dit eget tempo. Audioguider er tilgængelige på 10 forskellige sprog til brug omkring stenene, disse er gratis, men afhængig af tilgængelighed.
På en klar dag vil vi være i stand til at se Westbury White Horse, en kridtbakke udskæring fra 1770'erne. Vores rute tager panoramaudsigt over Salisbury Plain og Avon Valley og passerer Cley Hill, jernalderens bakkefort og gravhøj.
Vi ser stråtækte hytter og et historisk fængselshus som en del af vores rejse.

The tour was cancelled the day before the tour. There was no availability to book another tour from Bath for the same day. There was no communication on why the tour was cancelled.
Hi Michael, I'm afraid Stonehenge was closed on the day of your tour due to the extreme heat wave that we were experiencing. This decision was made by English Heritage, who own and operate the site, and we were also only given one day's notice of the closure. We immediately contacted everyone on the tour to explain the situation, by phone call, text and email, but we were not able to reach you on the numbers provided. The decision to close Stonehenge was out of our hands and we did make every effort to let you know what had happened. A full refund was, of course, issued. We extend our sincere apologies for the disappointment.
Richard was a great guide. We really enjoyed it. I think the only suggestion would be to give a little more time at the site if possible, maybe 30 minutes longer.

Smooth and timely ride to Stonehenge. Driver was a great tour guide along the way. Bus was air conditioned which helped in the midst of a heatwave. Stonehenge and accompanying museum was awesome. Our morning tour gave us plenty of time to see Stonehenge, visit the museum, shop at the gift shop, and take a break at the cafe in the Visitor Center. I definitely recommend them!

Our driver was very engaging, discussing many sites along the road. The Stonehenge part of the trip went smoothly and we arrived before a large number of coaches crowding the site as we left.
Our timings are great - we arrive before the big coaches in the morning, and after they've left in the afternoon, so you can see Stonehenge at its best. Thank you for this lovely review, you're a star! ⭐
Great half day trip. Bus was air conditioned which was necessary on a very hot day. Lots of information on the trip about both Bath and Stonehenge.
