Jane was a great tour guide, friendly, engaging and knew lots of information that she was happy to share. A great 2 hour walk around the city at a gentle pace to accommodate the whole group.

Unfortunately it was a rainy day and we had a semi large tour. Our guide was a very nice man the issue was his voice was very soft and we had an extremely difficult time hearing him describing the history of Bath. He should have had a speaker or something for us to be able to hear as we were fighting loud rain and a large crowd. We were positioned in the back of the group.

The walking tour with Jess was amazing. She was very high energy and fun and really knew her stuff. The tour was a little architecturally focused which we were good with and found interesting. We covered a lot of ground and finished back at the baths so we could take our tour there. Highly recommend carrying a bottle of water with. The audio guide was good at the Bath House, but it was very warm.

We absolutely loved our tour with Jess! She is equal parts avid history buff and entertaining group leader, keeping everyone engaged throughout the walk. I'm so glad we did this tour early in our stay in Bath as it made it easy to know where everything was and how to "connect the dots" as we explored the city in greater detail. Highly recommended!
