Efter en travl dag i Cappadocia kan du slappe af ved at besøge den traditionelle tyrkiske hammam & SPA. I osmanniske tyrkiske bade, som i romerske bade, når du går til badet, du ikke kun bade, men også have det sjovt.Originerne af det tyrkiske bad, som en forbindelse i en uafbrudt udviklingskæde, dateres tilbage til byzantinske og romerske bade, og endnu ældre, til bronzealderen civilisationer i Anatolien.Folk begyndte at besøge bade i oldtiden, men under det osmanniske rige, blev denne aktivitet en slags ritual, hvor kroppen og sjælen blev renset. Indretningen er kun marmor. Luftens temperatur bør være højst 55C og fugtigheden 100%.Hvis du ikke har købt en privat tjeneste,mænd og kvinder vil være i separate komplekser. At være nøgen er forbudt for alle, så håndklæder eller sengelinned er altid forsynet ved indgangen. Du kan også medbringe din bikini eller shorts med dig.

The whole experience was wonderful and relaxing. My first Turkish bath ever. It felt amazing and you get picked up and dropped off to your bath! It’s so wonderful and very affordable. I would do it a thousand times over!

The experience was fantastic and well organized. I was greeted with a cup of coffee before passing into the hands of a woman who gave me full massage, foam bath and face mask, plus the initial sauna. Strongly recommended for a moment of relaxation!

The Turkish Bath was amazing! My masseuse/attendant, Alfia, was a delight! So kind, thoughtful, and gave me a wonderful experience. I had the full treatment at €90, and I thought it was very worthwhile. I was collected and returned to my hotel. All the staff were lovely.

I went with friends choosing a one-hour package 20 minutes sauna÷20 minutes regenerating scrub and 20 foam massage to which I added an extra massage of another 20 minutes are very kind friendly operators of oriental origin are smiling and caring and very competent at the end offer tea and cookies. They also offer very useful pick up service absolutely to try
