The entire experience was wonderful, from making the booking through Viator to the communication and coordination with the operator afterward. Everything was well organized and perfectly on time. The pilot was very much professional he flies 1100 meter and one of the higest among all ballons flying that time. He flew for 1 hour and best landing. Alhamdulillah highly recommended. Car driver was also very much professional and suoport all the time.

Simply amazing. I had a fear of hot air balloons, but this was something on my bucket list. They did such a wonderful job, from the communication and prep before the day of the tour, to the pickup on the morning of the flight, the help and communication they provided throughout, and even the communication after I was back at my hotel. The ride itself was absolutely smooth, comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. They will always be my top recommendation for anyone looking to book their hot air balloon experience.
