We had one of the best days of our life on our honeymoon thanks to Turquaz Balloons and our pilot, Ismail. They provided such a fun, comfortable and safe experience. From start to end, everything was organized and relaxed. The best money we ever spent - my husband said it was a dream come true :)

We had an amazing balloon trip this morning with Turquaz. We were collected from our hotel at 3.55am and taken downtown to sign in, pay the outstanding balance, and have a light breakfast. We then set off to the "take off" zone and saw so many balloons being inflated and "fired' up" and then loaded with their passengers before taking off It was an incredible sight. We flew for just over an hour and once back on the ground we had a glass of "champagne" with very nice cake and cherries as a celebration of getting back safely!!! Ismail was our pilot today and he did a fantastic job. He kept us fully informed all through the flight and was very entertaining! It was very obvious this was nowhere near his first flight but he joked that it was, it was clear to see he was very experienced. He demonstrated this by, firstly warning us we were in for a, most unusual bumpy landing and to get in the landing position, then he literally "parked" the basket on the trailer!! I would highly recommend Turquaz and if you get Ismail as your pilot you will be one of the lucky ones ...

Izzet and Ibrahim were great pilots, they made the flight very enjoyable and safe. They were knowledgeable of the area and happy to answer any questions. We appreciated the smaller basket and the crew was helpful. It was an amazing overall experience and would recommend the company to everyone.

The most amazing and beautiful experience! from start to finish. we were picked up from our hotel and taken to eat a light breakfast which was delicious. then we were driven to our hot air balloon, the views and weather were perfect!
