Very nice experience, I recommend 100%. They are cheaper than others and are very responsive. They always find solutions if the weather conditions are not favorable. Go ahead with your eyes closed

We had a very enjoyable and scenic flight for two main reasons: 1) our pilot was excellent and 2) there was a thick layer of snow on the close by mountains, which made for very picturesque scenes. The fight was, however advertised as being in Goreme and at sunrise. In spite of being picked up at 03h50 we only arrived at the launch site after sunrise due to a two hour drive to get there. This was very disappointing from a photography point of view. If you, like us, are wanting to capture images of the unique Goreme landscape at sunrise, this is not the hot air balloon ride for you. Clients should be informed of this in future.

We would also like to clarify that on the day of your flight, there were weather-related delays and waiting procedures due to flight permissions and safety conditions. Unfortunately, this caused the flight to take place later than originally planned, after sunrise. Safety is always our first priority in hot air balloon operations. The flight was unfortunately canceled because of bad weather. But the service from green and red travel, especially Selman was very good. He communicated very well. He not only apologized, even though it was not his fault, he also submitted for the refund ASAP.

I made a last minute booking with this company for the next day balloon ride. They managed to get us the 3 spots we needed. Communication with them by what’s app was excellent, pick up was on time - we watched the balloons get inflated, had an amazing ride and then touch down on the flatbed, a sparkling drink and certificate and back at hotel by 7 for breakfast! Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience! Ibrahim and his team did a great job! We were picked up on time from our hotel, and brought to the site where baloons took off. The baloon ride was excellent! We were then brought back. I highly recommend Ibrahim!
