Great experience! We had our balloon ride booked months in advance, but it was cancelled the morning of due to weather, so we had to try and book another one last minute. The last minute booking cost us an extra $700 than our original booking unfortunately, but still glad we were able to do it while we were in Göreme for a few days. Pick up and drop off drivers are very easy and convenient!

Today I experienced the best sunrise of my life, thanks to the balloon guides for showing us with care all the places super close with incredible flight precision and subsequently taking us to the highest point to see the sun rise. Highly recommended

The balloon ride was nice and the pilot was very knowledgeable and fun. The only problem with this balloon experience was the distance and it was far away from Goreme and only two balloons went up from there. The description did say it would be less balloons but i didn’t expect to only be two and it was very far to drive to and from. Overall had a good balloon experience but felt it could have been more fun with other balloons

However, the exact number of balloons in the sky can vary each day depending on the season, demand, and the number of scheduled flights. On the day of your flight, only two balloons were operating in that area, which is why the sky was quieter than expected. I booked a flight on the 18th of July and paid for that. However, the day before they cancelled my flight due to weather. Then they texted me on Whatsapp and asked extra 60 euro. On 18th i went to hot air balloons flight watching and weather were perfect and views too. That’s so frustrating because main aim of trip was riding not just watching. I don’t recommend this tour operator. Now i am waiting for my refund at least.

We would like to clarify a few important points for future travelers. Your reservation was for an Ihlara Valley balloon flight. On the scheduled date, all flights in Ihlara Valley were officially cancelled by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority due to weather conditions. These safety decisions are made solely by the aviation authority and cannot be influenced by any balloon operator. To help you experience a balloon flight during your trip, we offered two alternatives: rescheduling your Ihlara flight for the following day or joining a Göreme flight on the same day. The Göreme flight required an additional €60 because it is a different flight in a more popular region with a higher operating price. This option was entirely optional. As you chose not to accept the alternative flight, we processed your full refund as requested. We completely understand your disappointment, especially when your main purpose was to fly. However, we would like to clarify that the cancellation was not made by our company, and the additional charge was only for an optional alternative flight in a different location—not for your original booking. We appreciate your feedback and wish you had been able to experience the flight under better weather conditions. We hope this explanation provides helpful context for future travelers.
We were outside waiting for car and they turned us away and did not reschedule or book refund. Terrible experience. Don’t book with this company.

Your pickup time (03:35 AM) was confirmed with you via WhatsApp one day before the tour. Our driver arrived at your hotel on time and waited for approximately 30 minutes. During that time, we attempted to contact you both by phone and through the hotel reception, but we were unable to reach you. You contacted us at approximately 04:10 AM, after the vehicle had already departed. At that point, it was not possible for the vehicle to return, as doing so would have caused the other guests to miss their scheduled experience. We have WhatsApp records documenting the confirmed pickup time and our communication attempts, and we are happy to provide them if required. While we understand your frustration, your review does not accurately reflect the events that occurred
This has been a dream of mine for years and it did not disappoint. I am so humbled to have been able to have this experience. You think you will understand seeing a video on social media or photos on the internet but seeing all of those balloons in the sky was breathtaking. The “driver” of the balloon regularly made sure everyone was comfortable with the height and actually was so skilled he landed the balloon right on the trailer. Everything was seamless, there were plenty of opportunities for photos, and I enjoyed the champagne toast. Well worth waking up at 3 am.
