Afhentningssteder og tider
Alle passagerer, der ankommer til Brisbane Lufthavn, skal gå til informationsskranken, hvor check-in sker med Con-X-ion-tjeneren. Passagererne vil derefter blive rettet mod deres afgangshuttle. Hvis du ikke kan finde informationskontoret, bedes du bede en af lufthavnens ambassadører om hjælp, ellers bedes du ringe til os med nummeret på din reservationsvejledning. Vær venlig at tjekke ind 5 minutter før din planlagte afgang for at sikre, at servicen kan forlade i tide.

- Passageroverførsler reserveret på den sidste busstjeneste tildelt til dagen og ankommer på en forsinket flyvning, der mangler deres tildelte afhentning, skal foretage alternative rejsearrangementer på egen regning, en fuld refusion vil blive udstedt for ankomstrejse. Din lokale rejsearrangør er ikke ansvarlig for forsinkede flyvninger. Hvis dit fly er forsinket, og du IKKE er på den sidste service på dagen, bedes du kontakte den lokale rejsearrangør, og du vil blive sat på den næste tilgængelige service.

The Con-X-Ion staff were wonderful, it was Viator that dropped the ball and never passed my paid and confirmed booking (with Viator) onto the service provider.
Terrible service, they messed everything up for an aged pensioner location, contact details everything and then didnt have the decency to provide a refund. NEVER USE THEM!!!!
We arrived at Brisbane Airport and no shuttle was arranged and had to get a taxi. The information desk tried to contact Viator and Connexion but no success. We paid $84 for nithing
I’m really sorry this happened — I can imagine how frustrating it must have been arriving and not having your shuttle there, especially after already paying for the service. Our phone lines do run 24/7, though at times there can be a bit of a wait if it’s busy. That said, we’d really like to look into what happened here. Car never showed up. Info desk at Brisbane airport said Conxion car service had repeatedly not gotten the booking from viator. Finally got a taxi after waiting 2 1/2 hrs.
I’m really sorry to read about what happened and can understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long at the airport before needing to take a taxi. That certainly isn’t the experience we want for our passengers. We came at the pickup area 20 min before said contracted time, waited for 2 hours, trying to reach them thru the numbers given to us to no avail. Finally decided to take an uber ride (which is, I found out to be a lot cheaper, arriving in 2 minutes. After a few hours after settling down at the hotel, I sent an email to them, complaining and requesting for a refund. It was only after a day they sent an email stating that they contacting me via whatsapp(????) 45 minutes after the scheduled time(?!) when it should have been BEFORE the pickup time just to know if we are there already at the pickup area . (Very insulting excuse). I could only surmise that they were not really there. So much for a bad experience.

Very easy to find and driver was nice . It is cheaper and not to hard to navigate the Transit system. This is more expensive but also much more convenient. For your first time to the city or country , recommend d this. Otherwise , take transit
Be sure to ask where to catch the shuttle. The direction aren't really good. Could not determine where to meet the transfer shuttle.
Don’t count on CON-XION having your reservation! Arrived at Airport after flying all day to be told we were not on their list and they would not honor reservation!
Great service. Pick up at airport and dropped off at the hotel in Brisbane. Pleasant driver. Helped us with luggage which was great as we were across the street from our hotel. Underground being built which messes their pick up and or drop off point.

We landed from LA and we're left stranded. Initially they told us we needed to schedule a ride, but nobody told us this when we booked the transfer. They refused to take us to our hotel, leaving us stranded. They didn't honour the booking andni was told by email later in the day that they didn't service my hotel area. This was despite me entering all the information at booking such as arrival flight details and hotel details but nobody got in touch with me to explain this. I would just use Uber or a taxi in future as at least they're reliable. Very disappointing.
