Rejseplan

Great package of both a river cruise on the Brisbane River and the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary! The experience was enjoyable and relaxing with the leisurely cruise and beautiful sights along the river, and then plenty of time to explore the koala sanctuary. The staff were also friendly and exceptional.
Everything from booking to the day itself seemless. Had a Lovely Day at Lone Pine. A variety of breeds on site. Guided on the Miramor from the cultural centre lampoon to the sanctuary and back again. The journey really relaxing and kept well informed along the way. On another visit to Brisbane, I wouldn't hesitate to repeat the journey.
A lovely day! A peaceful journey up river with lots of interesting facts about the buildings, the river and the history of Brisbane. We thought 3 hours in the sanctuary might be too long, but no it was perfect. We saw everything. A great day.
This was a nice day trip, including a 70-minute boat ride (each way) on the Brisbane River and a visit to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Captain Robbie was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Drinks and snacks were available on the boat. At the Sanctuary, we got to feed kangaroos and see baby koalas. The raptor bird flight show and sheep dog show were also a highlight.
Informative narration, friendly staff, and plenty of time at the Sanctuary. We were grateful for the blankets they provided for the cruise.
Nice way to get to sanctuary which offers lots of koalas and other species on display.
We wanted to add to our Lone Pine experience by adding the riverboat tour as a scenic way to get there. It’s a family friendly scenic boat ride with interesting commentary and food/drink options available. We appreciated the blankets available so we could still sit on the outdoor deck on a cooler day. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have changed was for the time at Lone Pine (3 hours) to be increased by one hour (4 hours) as we got to see all of the park but would’ve liked it to be a bit slower and more leisurely instead of a little rushed.
This is a great day! The cruise was highly informative and pleasant. The food is actually really good. The park is fantastic and highlights all reasons one would come to see Australia wildlife.
We had a great time! Loved the commentary on the way to the sanctuary. We had plenty of time to see everything at the sanctuary and some time to eat lunch.
Overall the experience was very good with the boat providing free wifi, blankets and table service. However due to a shortage of ceramic cups we were unable to enjoy our hot drinks on the way to the sanctuary and so had to wait for cups to become available on our journey back. To mitigate this maybe have more cups/disposable options. The commentary on the boat was clear and informative. The time they gave us to spend in the sanctuary was adequate and was definitely worth the visit.
