Antigua ATV Villages Tour
Beskrivelse
Denne tur tager dig over hele dalen og besøger over 5 landsbyer beliggende nær eller omkring det centrale Antigua. Vi besøger steder som et lokalt traditionelt tekstilmuseum, Jade Factory, en chokoladefabrik og besøger den første katedral bygget i Mellemamerika i år 1534. Du vil have mange luftudsigter over byen, fugleperspektiver af vulkanerne og en tæt møde med lokale maya-landsbyboere, der bor omkring Antigua. Du vil køre gennem brostensbelagte gader, asfalterede veje. For at afslutte turen kan du besøge en lokal restaurant i landsbyen San Pedro El Panorama, der serverer guatemalanske retter.

Mødestedet for turen er på vores kontor, her underskriver vi din kontrakt, giver dig din hjelm og forklarer atv.
Vi stopper ved en lokal chokoladefabrik i denne farverige lille by ved foden af Agua-vulkanen, under dette stop besøger vi også en lokal vinbutik, som sælger vine lavet af en lokal frugt ved navn "Nispero."
Her parkerer vi ved Plaza og besøger en lokal jadebutik. På fabrikken får vi vist de processer, det kræver at forvandle rå jadesten og omdanne dem til fine smykker. En lille butik er placeret på fabrikken, hvor vi kan se et udvalg af færdige produkter såsom "Nahuales" lavet til halskæder, armbånd og endda nøgleringe.
Vi parkerer ved den centrale plads og er i stand til at gå over og besøge den første katedral bygget i Mellemamerika i år 1534. Efter en lille gåtur på pladsen ankommer vi til det lokale marked, og mens vi er der, får vi vist, hvordan man laver tortillas som de lokale. Turen tager os til San Antonio Aguas Calientes, du kommer til at se tekstilmuseet og markedet. Dette stop har nogle af de bedste udsigter over Fuego og Acatenango vulkanen på grund af dets nærhed til denne lille håndværkerby.

Although you visit 4 points on a TV and that is good, there is a lack of information about each town and its culture. They are specific stops at particular places in each town. It is not bad, but it was not what I expected.

We had an amazing experience exploring the villages in and around Antigua. It was easy to book our experience and start our adventure. Driving the ATVs was easy and a great way to get around! Jonny's experience was evident in everything he did, whether it was navigating the streets or sharing historical/cultural information. We would book another experience with Jonny in a heartbeat and highly recommended this adventure!
I loved it! If you are staying for a few days, it is a good tour to specifically get to know important sites for Guatemalan culture. The guide was very friendly and always attentive to the group's safety.

It was my first ATV drive. I did a group Antigua ATV Villages Tour. I had a wonderful time exploring the towns. Our guide, Ethan, was wonderful, ensuring we stayed together and felt comfortable. He also gave us a brief educational history of the towns. I will truly recommend Simoon Rental and Tours, and our guide Ethan, to family and friends.

We had a truly wonderful experience with Daryl. He was very knowledgeable and informed and we learned a lot about the small towns we visited. He was also so patient and easy going with us as I spent lots of time shopping at the different spots. I was initially scared about driving ATVs around but I’m so glad we did this. Visiting the small towns was a great way to immerse ourselves in the culture.
