Oplev det bedste af Antigua på denne ATV tur! Vi starter ved den berømte Cerro de la Cruz, der tilbyder en fantastisk udsigt over byen og de omkringliggende vulkaner. Derefter leder vi til El Hato, hvor vi parkerer vores ATV'er og hopper på en 4x4 lastbil, der tager os op til Hobbitenango, en magisk øko-park inspireret af Ringenes Herre. Efter at have nydt udsigten og aktiviteterne kører vi med lastbilen tilbage til El Hato, kommer tilbage på vores ATV'er og fortsætter til San Juan del Obispo. ¨El Cerro de la Cruz¨ en af de bedst kendte attraktioner / steder i byen Antigua. Ved ¨Korset¨ får vi et fugleperspektiv over Antigua og byens vidunderlige arkitektur for ikke at nævne vulkanerne. En gang færdig med at tage vidunderlige billeder og gå rundt på korset.
Efter korset tager vi op til ¨Hobbitenango¨ en øko-park med ringenes herre-tema for noget mad, drikkevarer og sjov. Vi efterlader vores ATV'er parkeret og tager til Hobbitenango på en pick-up for at sightsee, nyde en fantastisk udsigt og forskellige aktiviteter i denne fortryllede lille skov.
Det første stop på denne tur er en landsby kaldet San Juan del Obispo, som ligger ved foden af Agua-vulkanen. I San Juan besøger vi en populær chokoladefabrik kaldet Chocolateria Antigua, hvor de viser os en del af deres chokoladefremstillingsproces, smager forskellige smagsvarianter og køber dem, som vi kunne lide.

This was SO much fun!! You get to ATV through Antigua streets and also through the mountains to Hobbitenango, Cerro de La Cruz, and to a coffee tour. Our guide Estuardo was very attentive, and made sure we had the best time and best pictures. He leads the way which helps soothe any nervousness about ATVing around. Highly recommend this guide and this tour.

The tour with the quad was super fun! From Hobbitenango you have a wonderful view of the landscape and the volcanoes, and the village itself is set up super cute. The chocolate factory was also totally cute! You could taste a lot of chocolate and learned a lot. The lunch there was also very delicious. Riding the quad was of course the highlight :) The guide always made sure that everyone kept up and adapted well to the driving style, whether slow or fast. I would definitely recommend the tour if you like a bit of adventure, because riding the quad is no joke, especially in the city on cobblestones.

The experience was great. The tour allowed us to see the city and have a great mountain experience. The length of the tour and the stops in between were very pleasant. The admission fee was worth it and inexpensive. The overall atmosphere was great and included a lot of scenic sights. Our group was small and inclusive. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. This is unique and great way for solo travelers and for groups to see the city and learn about the culture. Highly recommended.

I booked the ATV Mountain tour for myself. I was travelling solo. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. We were guided through the city streets on our ATVs with our guide, Gio. Gio was professional, friendly and attentive to the group’s needs. There were five of us in the group. There was a couple that spoke only Spanish. Throughout the tour, Gio would translate between English for us and Spanish for them. This made sure that everyone was comfortable and knew what was going on. Experience: the thought of going through the streets on ATV was terrifying but as the day went on, it was the most fun I had on this trip. Loved the sights (eg. Hobbitenango, Chocolate making class) that we got to see, for the price I would say this tour was worth every penny!
Streets are cobblestone so get ready for a bumpy ride. Once out of the city fun riding and nice views. Guide very informative.
This was one of the best and most exciting ATV excursions I have done! You are able to drive amongst the locals and learn so much history about the Guatemalan culture and really see Antigua through a different lens. Our guide, Daryl, was so kind and patient with our group, and he always assured that we were safe and all together. Overall, we had a fantastic time and I would definitely recommend booking this excursion!
This excursion was really cool!!! Traveling up through the mountains was so beautiful. I wish the time at Hobbitenango was a bit longer, but it was still pretty awesome. Driving on the cobblestone is a challenge, but we still enjoyed it as we got to explore more of Antigua while riding through the town. Our guide made us feel extremely comfortable, got us through the busy-ness of the Antigua streets, and we got to enjoy time as a group getting to know each other. We enjoyed learning about the chocolate/cacao process and the vibe overall. I Highly recommend!!
