Dit eventyr med 3-timers hvalsafari begynder, når du stiger ind i bussen, som afgår fra Juneau centrum ved parkeringspladsen ved Mt. Roberts Tram. En 25 minutters køretur gennem det smukke landskab i det sydøstlige Alaska tager dig til havnen Auke Bay Harbor. "Alle ombord!", og du er godt på vej mod Alaskas farvande og den ultimative hvalsafarioplevelse. What an awesome experience! Captain Conner found whales right away, and the views were incredible from the very start. Our crew, Haylee and Ammon, were fantastic, they shared great information about the whales, local wildlife, and the area. Haylee helped us identify the whales we saw, and Ammon kept an eye out for signs so we were always ready when they surfaced. On the way back, we stopped for a quick visit with some local sea lions relaxing on a buoy, and before wrapping up, we paused for a beautiful photo with the Mendenhall Glacier behind us from the water. The boat was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of viewing space for everyone. We will be back for sure!
Carrie the bus driver was fabulous with good commentary to the dock. Noah the tour guide on the boat was great for all ages. Dustin the driver was outstanding finding whales and Mina the crew hand was polite and helpful getting around the boat with snacks.
The crew was very knowledgeable but we were disappointed that we only saw a few water spouts and a couple of tails.
Great whale watching experience. We saw dozens of whales on this trip. Our whale expert on board taught us about the whales and the crew was great.
We were with Dustin , Mia and Tinsley. They were fun and interesting. Taught us a lot. We saw 6 whales! Including a mom and baby. We got great video and pics . I’m having trouble uploading my pics
Awesome experience! We were blessed with perfect weather. We saw humpback whales, sea lions, and eagles galore!
Excellent tour. Got to see humpback and orca whales. Tour guides gave us plenty of time to watch the wales.
It was amazing! We saw over 30 whales and many sea lions. The The tour guides were very friendly and helpful! I will definitely recommend this to friends.
Dress warm, it can get cool on the water. Binoculars or a camera with a zoom lense is helpful for seeing whales in the distance.
We had an amazing time with Captain Lauren, Mia, and Brock. Were able to see beautiful whales and wildlife. Recommend for anyone as even our young child said it was great!
