Victoria Bites och sevärdheter Walking plus Ferry

It was fun. The tour guide was excellent his stories were great and entertaining. The food bites were good and so were the drinks.

Fish is an exceptional tour guide and a genuinely warm, welcoming person. His deep love for Victoria comes through in everything he does. At one point, he noticed a tour map that had been randomly discarded on the ground by another visitor, stopped to pick it up, and placed it in a trash receptacle. That small, completely spontaneous gesture spoke volumes about his pride in the city. Not that this happens often…Victoria is stunningly immaculate, and it’s a rarity to see any litter on the ground. As Fish points out local landmarks and shares fascinating historical context, he also finds time to get to know the people on his tour. His questions never feel intrusive…just casual, natural, and sincere. He has a wonderful ability to make everyone feel included and personally connected to the experience. Locals and business owners seem to recognize him everywhere he goes, and he may be teetering on celebrity status! Honestly, Victoria should appoint him as an official community ambassador. Fish doesn’t simply show you the city…he helps you understand why he loves it so much. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him and highly recommend his tour.

It was a fun experience learning some history of Victoria, our stops were great with delicious bites and drinks. Our guide was fun and did a fantastic job.

Our guide, Fish, walked us through China Town and main shopping area of Victoria. We took a water taxi across the harbor, too. Lots of historic information and wonderful food samples. We had a wonderful afternoon. Highly recommend.

We were educated and entertained throughout our tour. Our guide Fish was fantastic… knowledgeable, funny and passionate about his city and her history. The tour also included several refreshment and bites stops at great, unique local establishments. We travel to Victoria often and were left wishing we had experienced this tour previously. Highly recommended for any Victoria visitors (or even locals who would appreciate a fun reintroduction to the city’s history, sights and flavours).

Very interesting and fun tour. Great “bites” and drinks at places we wouldn’t have found on our own.

Great tour guide with an extensive knowledge of the city's and province's history, ready to answer any questions. We enjoyed every stop with the unique tastings. This included 2 local delicious drinks. The snacks were tasty, especially the shrimp. Of course, the chocolate treat at the end was the icing on the cake! Fantastic value for the price we paid. Just a tip for additional things to do: The Ancient Egypt at the Museum just a few steps away was also worth the trip.

The tour was okay, it was not a lot of commentary during the walking portion only at certain locations. The stops at the eats and drinks were good. Over all if you have nothing to do, go try it out.
