We had a very pleasant experience seeing all of the Venice Lagoon during the sunset. Athena was a lovely host and answered any questions we had
Very helpful and friendly group of guides. Many choices of tours and all worth the money. Easy to find offices.
Wonderful experience though it would have been nice to know that they don’t provide you with the tickets earlier than your scheduled time (like some other places - like the Vatican - do)
Our experience was very disappointing. At the first stop (St. Mark’s Basilica), the two tour guides gave a brief explanation but after that, they completely disappeared. The group I was with was left confused and unsure of where to go next. We tried to continue to the following stops on our own, but the lack of guidance and organization made the tour frustrating. Overall, it felt unorganized and not worth it.
The tour guide just disappeared after the first experience. We were also not told that we had to wear clothing over the knee. So we had to spend more Money to buy a cover. Were also not told we needed headphone to hear to guided tour
Punctuality, I was sent several reminders days before and on the same day, which I find excellent if you have multiple tours. The guide Marco excellent, very nice and knowledgeable. I recommend Crown Tours 100%.

Good deal for the two tickets, worth it. Only annoyance was you have to go to a separate location to pick up the virtual tickets an hour prior to entry- so when you get to this location they give you a code which you download audio (if included it upon booking) and then need to self navigate it upon arrival to the palace or the basilica. Overall saves some money for sure and overall good deal we enjoyed the self guidedness of the tour at your own pace.
Amazing place to see. I highly recommend it. The agency staff were very helpful and efficient. Explained everything clearly and even recharged my phone, when it died.

This was a very slick way to see these two Greatest hits of Venice! Finding the tourist office to get the tickets is a bit of a treasure hunt. Plan ahead and allow for time to get a little lost. We were a bit lucky on that point. Nevertheless, we picked up everything we needed quickly and efficiently and enjoyed stress-free tours. I recommend it, no question.
The most memorable moment was when we arrived at the office of the company and the group had left early. No one alerted me, no one took responsibility. I did receive the tickets to the palace but had to guide my group through myself. Disappointing and a lot of work.
