Upphämtningsplatser och tider
Du blir hämtad från ditt boende i Marrakech på morgonen. Upphämtningstiden varierar beroende på säsong och är mellan 4 och 7 på morgonen, då du kommer att tas till startpunkten. Efter totalt ca 3 - 4 timmar förs du tillbaka till ditt boende.

Beautiful, but remember that the time indicates when the experience STARTS; for the hot air balloon, the pick-up is 1 hour to an hour and a half before (at 4:30 in the morning to be in the hot air balloon by 6:00).
Wonderful flight, and a great experience. Pick up 4.25 on the edge of the Medina so be prepared for an early morning. Absolutely beautiful experience and amazing tranquility. Back at our Riad by 9.30am. Highly recommended
Everything was perfect (from the pickup to the Medina to the breakfast, not to mention the hot air balloon ride), it was splendid. Thank you very much for all the organization. I highly recommend.
Pick up on time at 5am from hotel, notified the night before. Driver not very comuative but no issue. Tea/coffee/water on arrival. About 20 people in balloon basket, people with mobility issues beware you have to be able to climb in and out. Very smooth ride, beautiful views and sunrise, magical experience and would thoroughly recommend. Breakfast on return pancakes, fruit but put off by loads of flys/wasps so had breakfast at hotel when we got back.
Had a lot of fun, everything was organised and really nice people! Even though the weather was not optimal the experience was still really fun and beautiful!
While the ballon flight itself was very memorable and enjoyable, there were some hiccups in the event overall that have influenced my final rating. It wasn't clear when booking that you aren't airborne at sunrise, nor had it been mentioned in reviews when I booked. It's more obvious now but do take note of this. The pickup was 10mins late and once in the desert we made a stop at base camp which seemed to make us even later in reaching the balloon - the driver was speeding along the narrow road to make up for lost time, adding to our bewilderment of not already being in the air as the sun came up. The flight itself was very pleasant - the views and tranquility are very special and pilot Tom is very experienced and professional. We had what felt like a long journey back to the base camp for the breakfast which was adequate although limited in choice.
Brilliant from start to finish. Pick up arrived on time, we had coffee/tea before the flight. Then once on the balloon the whole experience was faultless - Tom our pilot was fantastic. A reassuring presence, informative and friendly. We had a very smooth landing - having been a bit apprehensive after stories we’d heard from other people who have taken hot air balloon rides (not in Marrakech). Lovely, simple local breakfast in breath taking surroundings. Highly recommend Happy Ballooning Marrakech!
I can only recommend this tour. We were requested to reschedule the fligth 2 days later due to weather conditions but all went perfectly. Pick up was well managed and driver delay was also managed as I had no issue to reach the service provider. A drone was following us but did not had a chance to see the video to eventually buy it surprisingly. You will for sure enjoy this very secure fligth and appreciate the sunrise.
Really cool experience but just a shame that we took off later than the other balloons, thought it was a sunrise experience but we took off at like 8:30 so missed the best bit. Still great though the tour guide and the breakfast was great! Just wish it was more like what the advert suggested
