Wonderful overview of the city and its history. The guide was very nice, informative and spoke impeccable English. The audio devices also ensured the guide could be heard at all times. Would absolutely recommend.
Perfect tour for those staying 1-2 days in Florence. This tour gives you a taste of the city. So you know where to go and what to do, and you also learn a bit of history. Our guide Julia was fantastic for the short time she had; she gave us so many good recommendations: must-eat & drink, places to shop, and visit. She is fantastic and so passionate about her city. I would highly recommend this tour.

Was a great tour to learn more about the history of Florence. Out guide was great and made the tour fun.
We arrived 1 minute before the tour started no one was there. I assumed we were in the wrong place so I walked back to the Duomo where I saw tours. I messaged the operator at 5 after for help. No response. I went back to the first place looking all around. They finally responded at 9 after to say I missed the tour. I offered to join where I get to my wife. No reply. I reached out to Viiator to get help. They aren't able to help either. I gave us after 25 minutes of frustration.

Our tour guide Rafaelo was incredibly knowledgeable, the amount of information provided was a bit much. the tour was supposed to end at 4:30 and it did but we never got to the last stop on the itinerary Ponte Vechio.
