Great communication from Willy! Getting off the ship was hectic but he made getting to our post cruise hotel a breeze.
He was on time. Helped us with luggages, he was friendly and helpful. He communicated with us on time and respectfully.
Great our driver Filmore was friendly and was on time for arrival and departure I would definitely pick this transportation AGAIN oh let me not forget and REASONABLE
Mine did not show up at cruise port. Had to get another ride to make flight. Tried to contact operator but response to late and was of no help
I apologize for the inconvenience, but we sent you your driver’s information by text at 6:30 a.m. The driver and our office called you several times, but you did not answer the phone, and you never contacted the company to let us know you were ready for pickup. All customers must communicate with us by phone call or text. If you have any questions, we can provide this information as evidence.

Driver was great on communication with time and location of pickup. Communication is probably the most important factor from the customer perspective, we are in an unknown place and on a time schedule, so having the driver do well on communication with us was very reassuring

I booked a noon pickup in case there were delays with the airline. Everything was on time. so I called to get an early pickup and that was not a problem. The phone customer service was excellent. and the driver, Andres, provided excellent service. Will book again.
