If you can only choose one exhibit to see in Seattle this summer, this is it!

We took 3 of our grandkids ages 7-11 to see the exhibit (younger than about 5 and I don't think they will get much out of it). The kids (and us) were in awe of everything on display! About half way through the exhibit your brain is on overload trying to process the sheer detail of every display. The colors, the detail, the artistry is just incomprehensible! In addition, you are seeing insects, birds, reptiles, and sea creatures you have never seen before. Not even on TV! Our grandkids couldn't stop taking pictures of every display (and there are hundreds of displays). We spent 2 hours in the exhibit, and probably could have stayed a bit longer. The timed entry ensured you were not crowded seeing the displays, which was so refreshing. We would highly recommend you spending your hard earn cash on this exhibit, it was worth every penny.

Impressed and moved 🥹

Blown away! Spent about 2hrs taking in every bit of it! One of my favorite art exhibits I have ever been to. Completely worth the admission price. If you are able, don’t miss it!

A Humbling Encounter

Walking into this exhibit is overwhelming in the best way. The sheer beauty and diversity of creatures on display moved me to tears—it's impossible not to wonder about their inner lives and the fragile ecosystems they inhabit. Each work is meticulously curated and covered with non-glare glass, making every being fully accessible. The lighting is impeccable, spotlighting each piece so you can focus with complete wonder. Watching my 6 and 9-year-old grandsons move through in genuine awe was profound. There's something powerful about sharing this across generations—about children understanding that these creatures matter. Exquisite Creatures isn't just beautiful. It's a call to witness and reckon with our place in a far more magnificent and fragile world. Don't miss it.

Unique and evocative.

Fantastic experience. The displays evoked wonder and weirdness. Moments of awe. Nicely laid out, easy open space. Great location near many other Seattle attractions. Low key vibe like a museum but with moodier lighting. Staff was excellent, friendly, easy. High recommend.
