It was our first time scuba diving. My wife, son, and I had a blast in the cenote. We saw lots of fish (angel fish, barracuda, etc) and crabs under the water. At one point our guide had us surface to see a crocodile sunning itself on land just a few feet from us. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable.
This cenote tour was great unfortunately weather was not good enough to do the reef dive portion. Got a partial refund for that part. We were surprised with an additional fee to enter the cenote. This really should have been included with the cost of this tour. Not impressed with that.
Julio was so great. I was already certified, and my husband needed to complete his open water dives. Julio was informative, calm and very experienced. The whole team took great care of us the whole time!
I had the great pleasure of booking a scuba diving tour with Agua Clara in Tulum for my open water certification. The location was right next to the beach and all the staff (instructors + boat captains) were extremely professional and friendly. Everyone is bilingual (Spanish/English) so don’t let that discourage you if you may be worried about that. They reached out to me ahead of time to make sure I could do the online courses before the dive (they are SSI and PADI certified). Eyal provided all the required information beforehand and was always responsive to my questions. Not only were the dives beautiful (1 cenote dive + 4 reef dives), but my instructor Alf is top notch. He walked me through everything, including important safety measures, the buddy system, and navigation under water. He instructed me with the utmost professionalism, while being kind, patient, informative, and funny! Safety is his and the company’s top priority and overall I had such an amazing time. I will definitely be booking another tour with them (in Cozumel hopefully). 20/10 🌟 Happy diving!

They were very friendly, professional, efficient and safe. I loved the experience. Eat a good breakfast in the morning so you aren’t hungry on the tour.
The experience with Agua Clara was amazing! I did the discovery dives with Ramon and Rafa, while my boyfriend did the dos ojos dives being a much more experienced diver. We both loved it and would highly recommend Agua Clara. I had never been diving before and Ramon was an excellent teacher and made me feel safe/comfortable at all times. The views on both dives were incredible and I couldn't ask for a better first dive experience.
Amazing experience diving in the cenote and around the beautiful reef. Our instructor Julio was a very relaxing person and gave us an amazing tour with much information.
Top experience. You will be well guided and informed. Both the Cenote and the dive at the coral reef are both a really nice experience. Julio was our instructor and was a really nice guy.
Had an amazing time diving for the first time. Originally signed up for the cenote and reef dive with my wife, but there was an issue with the schedule. Worked out perfectly because she didn’t like it at the cenote and I got to come back the next day for 2 reef dives. Staff was a super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed it. Had such a good time I’m planning to get certified.
