An absolute 5-star service. Efficient entry, friendly staff, and the freedom to lose yourself in hours of jaw-dropping history and art.
Excellent organization. Clear instructions, zero waiting around, and absolute masterpieces waiting just inside the doors.The host was very helpful and the priority access worked perfectly.
The wifi (and data access via our phones) wasn’t strong enough to get the accompanying audio tour in the museum. So unfortunately we really only paid for entry access. Would have been nice to have access to the audio guide as we walked through.

We booked via TripAdvisor for 16:00 timed entry on 30th June 26. That morning, for reason given that the museum's aircon had broken, the museum was closed. So we asked for a refund, still waiting for an answer...rubbish service...I'll be taking this matter up via PayPal...if I get no response within the week....didn't go to the museam....a real disappointment.

Perfect coordination. Our slot was for 10:00 AM, we met the host at 9:45, and by 10:05 we were already looking at beautiful Renaissance sculptures
I showed up at Uffizi Gallery not expecting much, but skipping the line instantly made the day easier.💫💫 The audio guide actually kept me engaged—I found myself stopping more instead of just passing by. In the end, I left feeling like I really experienced the place, not just visited it.
The line outside looked exhausting, especially in the heat. Once inside, it still gets busy, but at least you’re already in and can take breaks between rooms. We didn’t feel rushed, which we appreciated.

I arrived a bit early, met the host, and everything was straightforward. Inside, I didn’t follow a strict plan. I just moved from room to room, stopping when something caught my attention. That made the experience feel more relaxed.
