För besökare erbjuder vårt turkiska bad en spaupplevelse som inte liknar någon annan. Det är en chans att unna sig en kulturell och wellness aktivitet som kanske inte är lätt tillgängliga i andra delar av världen. Efter hamamsessionen har gästerna ofta möjlighet att koppla av i ett anvisat område, vilket ytterligare förlänger de lugnande effekterna av upplevelsen.

När våra gäster anländer till badhuset, efter att vårt välkomstteam ger nödvändig information, tar vi dem först till omklädningsrummen där de kan byta kläder. Sedan börjar vi i allmänhet med att ta dem till bastun i ca 15 minuter för att ta bort ackumulerade negativa energier från deras kroppar. Därefter tar vi dem till ångbastun, där målet är att svettas ordentligt och mjuka upp kroppen mer, för att på så sätt uppnå en djupare rengöring när vi går i badet. Vi går sedan in i det turkiska badet, där du kommer att känna dig pånyttfödd och helt renad. Efter badet kan vår gäst använda pool och Complete för att turnera.

The very very scary place, nothing to do with an authentic hamman. We could not lie in the Turkish bath, it was in the basements of a hotel and the girls were overwhelmed and poorly organized. I was in another hamman in Istanbul two years ago and the experience had nothing to do with this one. The only good thing was the girls massage, but not the hygiene, not the facilities of a real hamman.

It was a different experience, from the massage, that was nice but tough to the main bath, since this was my first time. I was really expecting a little more with the exfoliation part, but aparently that was not part of the package I bought. But in all, for my first time, it was ok, I enjoy it..

We were disappointed with this experience. We thought that the core part of the traditional Turkish bath is steam bath and body scrubbing, but there was no steam bath and the scrubbing was rather perfunctory. The massage was good though. The ad mentioned that it would be about 3 hours, ours was little over an hour. The only good part was that they gave us a ride to the bath and back to the hotel.
This is not at all as described. They texted me the day of the experience and said I should walk. I kept asking if they could pick up because it was hot and they complained that the traffic was too long and they’d be very late. Finally I just agreed. They had no idea when we got there what to do. When we finally found the checkin person, he told me to pick an option and pay—even though we had already selected and paid through Viator. There was nowhere to stay for additional relaxation time as promised and no beverages offered. No one was waiting when we finished to drive us back. We should have just booked directly with the hamam, because they were lovely and the bath was very nice!
Overall the experience was lovely. The haman room was traditional and large. Massage was good but room very cramped. We were two in the room and the ladies struggled to get around the beds. Also they spoke to each other during the massage which I do not like. However their technique was good and we felt super clean and relaxed afterwards. Good value for money. If you are staying in sultanahmet there is no need for the pick up. Its quicker to walk. Our return pick up never made it back to pick us up due to heavy traffic, so we walked back and it took all of 8 mins.
Very "touristic ", nothing valuable for people looking for real traditional Turkish hamam. The driver picked me up 35 minutes later than the agreed time. However the company respond to messages very quickly. There were no problems with dropping.
