Fördjupa dig i en privat pastaproduktionsklass i Cesarinas hem, lära dig hemligheterna i regionens mest kända pastarätter och smaka på frukten av ditt arbete tillsammans med ett glas lokalt vin. Under lektionen kommer Cesarina att avslöja handelarna med 3 autentiska regionala pastarecept. Ha kul att lägga dina matlagningskunskaper på provet. Varje deltagare kommer att ha en arbetsstation utrustad med redskap och alla ingredienser att göra disken. Giovanna was very sweet and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our time. The different pasta and ravioli was amazing! She even served a delicious sorbet for dessert. Would really recommend!
We had a fantastic experience with Giovanni! He was a kind, patient teacher! The pasta we made was incredible and the sauces he made were out of this world! The entire experience was enjoyable!
This was a wonderful experience, our host Giovanna was gracious and welcoming! He did not speak much English, but google translate worked perfectly. We had a great time making ravioli and spaghetti, we even made tiramisu! We have prosecco and chicetta to start, then made our fabulous dinner and dessert. Giovanna served us, we enjoy local wine with dinner and some of his homemade Limoncello after dessert!!
Our experience was wonderful from the start. Rita was very warm and welcoming as we entered her lovely home. She had everything all ready for us to start including a beautiful table all set. She was very hands on with each of us teaching us all the techniques of getting the pasta dough smooth and “strong”…..Lots of laughter along the way. We learn to make three different pasta dishes. Everything was fresh and so delicious . I was so excited about learning to make the pasta that I ordered the attachment for my mixer the same day. All four of us left feeling happy, educated on making pasta, full and feeling like we made a new friend in Trieste. I recommend this experience to anyone!!!❤️
Very tasty and elaborate pasta making class where pasta was made from scratch. Very detailed yet patient chief/teacher was great to work with. Had a lot of apps prepared for our arrival with very good white wine. 🍷 By later evening he sat us down and served us the meal 🍽️ we all helped prepare. Very elegant presentation and delicious food along with red wine. Would highly recommend this class.
Making the ravioli was memorable. Enjoyed using Google Translate to communicate. Kids had fun. My daughter especially loved making the spaghetti. My son loved making the pasta and enjoyed the tiramisu.
Giovanni was amazing! We felt so welcomed in his home, made tiramisu and two types of pasta, and then Giovanni and his wife cooked our pasta in their homemade sauce and it was honestly one of our best meals of the whole trip. Highly recommend and would do again. Don't with about the language barrier, food and love are universal languages.
That was so much fun and learning new things about pasta making. I highly recommend for an amazing experience.
Just being in Italy and doing this was enough thought it was a lot of money for the time etc. Memories for the rest of our life were created.
